  1. What do you mean, as usual?! If you want to go back to "ancient" history, then, yes, AE has won more games in the rivalry! BUT in recent years, who has come out victorious. . . .especially when it mattered MOST?! Go ahead & say it. . .here, I'll help you . . . . .the Back to Back State Champs - Fulton Falcons! GO FALCONS!
  2. If you'll remember. . .well, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, last year was supposed to be a rebuilding year for us. We didn't know who was going to be our starting QB last year, either. As a matter of fact, we switched two QB's out the first several games. And believe me, we've got key skill position players this year, too. You'll be surprised!
  3. Fulton has been to the State Championship with three different QB's the last three years. They will be fine. As far as who has the position yet . . . . no one . . . .they have to earn it.
  4. FultonFalcon2006, yeah make sure you'll be willing to buy her one with a ROADRUNNER on it that's saying, "Beep Beep 2005 3A STATE CHAMPS" 825691800[/snapback] WHATEVER!
  5. Keep that thought Roadrunner! GO FALCONS!
  6. THANKS, MAN! GO FALCONS!
  7. What? Your "BABY" Roadrunners shirt! Bring it on bad boy! I'll be sure & wear my State Championship necklace so you can see it! (that's about as close to one as you'll get ) I had to get you - my daily dose! (I can hear you laughing!) GO FALCONS!
  8. You wouldn't expect anything less, would you Roadrunner?! You are very fun to mess with!
  9. Nah . . remember, you can run, but you CAN'T fly! GO FALCONS!
  10. I'm back 110%! Thanks for your encouragement, Rebel Nation! It's great to be back!
  11. Thanks, muffin! You're exactly right, but it's so much fun!
  12. Not gonna happen, my friend! You'll see! GO FALCONS!
  13. They'll NEVER get tired of seeing those Falcons - are you kidding me?!
  14. How could I have NOT mentioned D-Bo! If you guys see a "blur" go down the field this year, that will be D-Bo. He can "FLY" - literally! GO FALCONS!
  15. Oh, I'm sure they love the Runners, but they know our "current" players more personally since we've been there the last THREE years! That's what I'm talking about! GO FALCONS!
  16. I'm going to have to disagree w/ ya, Roadrunner. I can see us going back again this year. Besides, the town of Murfreesboro loves us, too! GO FALCONS!
  17. I bet you'll hear the name Dennis Rogan from Fulton a lot this year. . . . .as well as Tyrone Cobb, Terrence Cobb, Antonio Hamilton. . . just to name a few. GO FALCONS!
  18. A 3-peat would be a BEAUTIFUL thing! Thanks for your friendship, ShaneC! Remind me to show you the pictures I took from the t-ball game when I was coaching 1st base - I got some good one of you & Hannah! GO FALCONS!
  19. My boy, AERoadrunner - I didn't know you started this thread until yesterday. Thank you for thinking of me. I was actually diagnosed with lung cancer the week after Fulton won the State Championship. And like Roadrunner said - I am cancer free! I also want to thank the coach & players from AE that visited me in the hospital - I've got some good pictures to send to you! That was very classy & meant a lot. I have to also thank all my Fulton people. The community put on a big dinner & basketball benefit for me & my kids & it was incredible. I was unable to be there b/c I was still in the hospital recovering from surgery, but I've seen pictures & they broadcasted it on Fulton's radio station so I got to hear it. Thanks for the dunk E. Bish! You all can say whatever you want about the Falcons, but they confirmed to me why I have ALWAYS been such a Falcon fan. The students of the school held a number of fund raisers & worked at the benefit game on a school night when there were so many other things they could have been doing. . . . .special special people! Thanks to everyone who prayed for me & my family! I'm living proof that there is power in prayer! ! ! !
  20. Again - I'm not just talking about working out with weights. I'm talking about working out with the team. . . . .running drills, practicing, etc. etc.
  21. I think this will be a great game. I'm excited about it!
  22. boo- go try to scare somebody else. You NEVER heard me making excuses about the Fulton/LC game or the first Fulton/AE game. What I said was a joke between me & AERoadrunner 'cause we like to give each other a hard time.
  23. You are so missing the point. Using the facilities & working out with a team "as a team" are different. I don't go to school there, but I can use the facilities - that don't mean a hill of beans!
  24. When it's a schedule workout time for the football team as part of their practice, yes it does have to do with that. I know for a fact that a player that moved into the Fulton zone last year was not allowed to even work out with the team until the coaches saw the lease papers & went so far as to go to the kids house & look inside to make sure they were actually living there because they didn't want to take any chances. The point is - there are no ineligible players at Fulton.
  25. Your one to talk about recruiting. . . .you're the one that coaches Falcon basketball & baseball.
