  1. Eh? So? I wasn't covering him. And I never got a chance to hit him because my blocking assignments never took me to his part of the field (all of my blocks were on linebackers and DEs) and it was never my responsibility to cover him. So...Yeah? And what does it matter who I am?
  2. Personally, I always practiced good sportsmanship when I played Crusaders football, even to Rosemark (a school that I hate with a passion that burns with the fires of heck ). I guess they let the division rivalry get to their heads? I just still remember last year, when Greg Vaughn tried to talk trash to me without even hitting me...I'm still mad about that, and I wish I still had the chance to shut him up. FACS' problem every year is that the seniors don't step up and lead the way they should...and it seems like the players always give up or stop giving 100%. *Shrug* I don't know if it's that way this year because I haven't been there, but that's how it was every year I played. But, what I do know, is that FACS has made a lot of mental mistakes this year, and they need to be rectified unless First wants the same result they get *every* year.
  3. Oooh, my, that's hilarious.
  4. People who go to small division schools...
  5. FACS @ St. Andrew's Bishop Byrne @ Memphis Catholic Big wins for both the away teams.
  6. Well, i'm glad to see that you've reinforced everything i said, like the Rosemark and FACS are about even thing. And didn't i (repeatedly) say that i wasn't sure if Rosemark played backups or not? Humm... Oh yes, First Assembly takes out every starter. But don't get me wrong, I'm not downplaying Rosemark at all. The Rebels are a good team and they'll probably be that way for a while. I just think FACS is making a come back from the 80's. That's all.
  7. Actually...SBEC is pretty bad
  8. Humm... I'm not sure if Rosemark plays backups or not. But I can certainly tell you that FACS does. In fact, if I recall correctly, every point FACS has given up has been off of the second defense. And many, if not all, of the points have been scored by the starting offense. So, realistically, all the FACS scores you see are third (or even second) quarter scores. As far as I know, Rosemark plays starters more. But, of course, I'm not entirely certain. Anyone care to enlighten me? ANYWAY, if Coach Spain would play starters at least to the mid-point of the fourth quarter, every score would at least be in the 40's, and every game would have been a shutout (similiar to Rosemark). They only scored 7 more points than First against Lighthouse and 11 less points than First against Middleton. If ANYTHING, Rosemark and First Assembly are neck-and-neck. So, quiet, you.
  9. i absolutely hate Bishop Byrne. FACS played against them well last year, but we fell apart the second half. don't get me started on BB. i haaate theeeem. Buut! Bishop Byrne is probably the best IIA school right now. FACS lost some great seniors last year. Justin Zachary (OT, NG) could have played for Memphis, but he turned down the offer (!!!). I think BJ Williams (G, DE) may play college, but I wouldn't know where.
  10. I know nobody cares, but Andrew Sillyman starts for First Assembly (Division II). Yes, I spelled his name right. Sillyman :justwrestle: . He has a good arm, especially for a little guy. He's a sophomore.
