ANYWAYS...I do agree with you, I would like to see bigger lineman, I-Form or Pro, and a 4-3 Def. instead of the 3-3-5 they run now. but the big guys just arent there really. not like use to be there back in 01 for instance. I would like to see the run game come back and se the pass up more, but that doesnt mean I am going to get on here and trash-talk the whole team, and the head coach as well.

Okay pal, first question for crazy..did you even start or do you just have beef because you rode the pine pony all year last year. I was also at the scrimmage and I saw a WHOLE lot of raw talent. I saw number ten at QB step up and make some great throws. WR's need some work but that will come with time.DB also has a decent option attack, and two RB's wih all the speed and field vision they need. I guess you missed where Jaime Crawford busted 3 runs for over 20 yrds. or where he threw two great pass right down the field which were dropped. Just sit back and watch. I played under Clark also, GROW UP, or SHUT UP....NUFF SAID. P.S. If you don't like it coach a team get them better then DB, out coach Grahm Clark, and i'll see you in 60 years to never.... These teams aren't all ways "bad" because they are small, alot of it is coaching and other things, I dislike it when people blame the W-L all on the school size, lets play some ball!!!

well....I don't think you can blame the wins and losses solely on the class....I mean lets look at the Maryville and DB scrimmages....Didn't look to good for DB, but anyways bottom line your right no one that actually knows is talking....and by the way, I hope South STOMPS SH!! Also another note is a number of players will be going to a receiving and quarter backing camp in SC, from what I hear there is going to be a alot of talent there so it will be good to measure up early and see how we look in the aspect before a scrimmage.

Well not saying this because I am for DB. I am sure some of the reason is because the intense rivalry and for the scheduling reason but when you have a team like south where they have had some good teams here recently and then go to the second game of the season and get trounced it does a good amount of bad to morale so it prob. did a couple of things for both teams and it was a posotive thing to do let things cool off some.

I don't think DB has ever been down as bad as everyone thinks. for some reason peaople just like to start the season off just assuming DB is going to be "down" this year. Probably so when DB does lose they can go "see I told you so, they are down this year!" I have no doubt that coach will have this team ready as usual and they will be another CONTENDER this year as always....ROLL TRIBE ROLL

As for DB being down this year...don't under estimate DB. Every year theres those certain two or three teams that say this is year there goin' to win. Let's not forget about a upcoming JR class full of talent. Sylvester being one of them, a very quick, sharp player. He just needs to learn to put his head down sometimes also some good D commin' this year like always im sure Catfish will have the D out and ready to hit. DB 10-0 this year ROLL TRIBE

McMinn Co. another team to look for in the first round. DB has homefield advantage for two rounds so does that mean they have to go to the other teams stadium for the third round?

Yeah that Norton game also featured one of the best players/coaches to come out of the good'ol Dobyns-Bennett. Bobby Dodd who played any and every postion he could play on the field and the some...just random information for ya'll! Oh and umm yeah DB wins this one

People on here act as if these turnovers are gifts they fall out of the sky to which ever team needs them. Turnovers are all part of the game, and the one of the most fundemental parts of the game at that. Caused might not worrying about another part of the game such as a great LB corp comming at you at anytime. So although DB has had help with the turnovers...it takes talent to actually recover a fumble or get an INT, and then to turn around and capatilize on top of it....stop whineing and learn to hold on to the dang football!!
