  1. Over the past few years the Sumner County teams have had Power House teams with Power House athletes. As I have been keeping up with high school football this year I haven't seen the usual athletes that most sumner county teams usually have. For example: Jordan Brooks (Portland 02') Derek Dobbs (Hendersonville 03') Jaques Williams (Gallatin 02') Jamison Link (Gallatin 03') R.J Meadows (Beech 03') Clayton Cook (Hendersonville 01') Those are just some examples that I can remember. It seems like Gallatin has had an OK season but just not putting up numbers like they usually have. Hendersonville and Beech have been a huge disapointment. Just wondering if there has been coaching changes, school zone changes, better competition, etc... *Also, those men listed were some of the best athletes I have ever watched play high school football. If anyone knows whats going on with them in their post high school careers please post.
  2. What team in the state has the most stolen bases? What individual in the state has the most stolen bases?
  3. Who knows about the catcher from White House......Pickett......how many bombs has he hit this year?
  4. who has the best catcher in middle tennessee??
  5. 9hole, a 89 mph fastball definately doesnt look like a beachball, but that night yall would not have hit water if you would have fallen out of a boat. It dont matter how big the ball is when your first five batters go down LOOKING!!!
  6. UThater, Gallatin's two losses came from Centennial and Chattanooga Central Centennial....Gallatin couldnt hit a beachball that night....Centennials pitcher was outstanding, i think they clocked him with a 88-89mph fastball and he had a curve that jellylegged all the Gallatin batters. Final Score Gallatin 0 Centennial 5 Chatt. Central....They also lost a tough one in the Chattanooga tournment to the host Chattanooga Central, they were down by one run in the last inning and hit a bomb to tie it up. They ran out of pitching and a sophmore pitcher gave up two 3-run bombs. Final score Gallatin 9 Chattanooga Central 15
  7. How is Beech looking this year.......I havent heard anything about how their doing
  8. Gallatin usually is in the back of the pack there Statsman, either next to last or last in the district, but I respect what yall have accomplished this year i guess we'll have to see how district play goes
  9. Mt. Juliet is always a tough team in that district.....I've heard a lot about Wilson Central as well this year. I hear Hendersonville is young but talented. Not much has been said about Beech this year...how are they? Who knows the scoop on Gallatin...whats really going on???? .......Tough district, what do yall think?
