Webb of Knoxville has a incredible team this year. Bobby Baird will be the best player in the state followed by Sophmore phenoms Wes Roach and Tyler Baird. Don't Argue with me about this cause they are the best.

i feel almost positive that catholic will not win the state on saturday mainly because of Karl. He will make all the difference in the world and catholic has yet to see him this year. I think bga will win in a close one. I think MBA will win because they are very bitter and will be out to kill brentwood academy.

good game catholic boys. thought it wwas gonna get ugly but turned out to be a good game. im am very impressed with your offense, and especially Nick mcfaddan (hes very fast). the two intereceptions hurt big time and the goal line stand by catholic killed it. still thought it was a good game and cant wait till next year.

neil is my back door neighbor and i know he has a big family becasue they use my drive for parking every holiday. i dont think however that neil is gonna be putting up a fight with matt reed and bubba. neil is not like that, heck he will most likely fight his relatives just to help the webb boys. i also think that the fans are a big part of the game, and webb has some AWESOME fans. how many other schools do you know that paint their chest no matter the weather, and scream the whole game on the fence no matter the score. i cant wait till the game cause i feel a spartan victory and no matter who wins it will be all out war. hey jman you wanna know why you are 9-0? You play teams like Chucky Doak, North Green and all the other "Rec" league teams. I dont know how you can say that catholic fans are more dedicated either, webb fans have stuck with their team after last years dissapointment and the dissapointing losses this year. I think that most webb fans will admit that you all have a very good team, or at least better than other years, but the fact that the only team you have played worth mentioning is BGA and that is a very good win. And for you Jolly. Once again another person representing your team is making you all look stupid. maybe its some team inside joke about this "hotel" but it sounds pretty stupid to everyone else. Wouldnt Catholic be checking into webb's hotel since you are playing at webb? The joke just sounds pretty dumb and makes little sense. And here it is, the prediction some have been waiting for. This game is gonna be a battle. With Catholic's "superstars" on offense and their very solid defense and Webb's ground game and their ability to make the plays on defense, the game will be unmatched by any game all year. The Spartans are bitter after last years game with the Irish, and Catholic wants nothing more to cap an undefeated season with a crushing victory over Webb. The difference comes in mistakes. Wow, i thought he was older than that. I guess it could be a possibility that he would come here, but i doubt it. Phil wouldnt have far to go though to get him. Plus it would make since that Jimmy would go to Maryville becasue they are one of the best teams in the state and thats where Fulmer's daughter goes. Haha i would love to see that kid come here, that would be a freakshow if what they say is true about him.

i dont know how you can say that irish67. If webb takes all of the points on special teams away, that game is very very close. All of the webb players feel that they can beat BGA if they minimize their mistakes. I will also have to argue with you on the fact that catholic wants it more. Every single webb player HATES catholic and they have been looking foward to this game all year, especially the seniors (Rolfes, Hunter, Glover). i would be careful when you say that you all want it more. I think both teams want it really bad. Prediction special: Wednesday Night at 9 PM. All picks are welcome!!

after a few nights of sitting back and reading all of the posts and after a few conversations with BriC, i have come to the conclusion that both teams have alot of very good players that everyone knows about i.e. Hunter, Rolfes, and Walker from webb and McFaddon, Ishii, and sheridans for catholic. Although i think that webb has a few players that are not on the radar that the irish need to look out for. Andy Huddleston, 5'10 175 WR, has made many big plays this year. He has very good hands and can kill the opponet with his ability for YACs. Brett Clendenen, 6'0 210 NG, and Brian Bibee 6'1 200 have a combined 10 sacks. They both will combine to make the defensive stops that webb will need to win friday night. jacob Stooksbury, 6'0 200 DT, is a key member of the webb line. i wont get into the defense much cause BriC is going to explain the Spartan defense in a later post. Phillip Mitchell, 6'5 250 OT, has been a very good protector and is not afraid of ANYONE, not even the big, bad Zane Bruhin from Powell. Ryan Kinte, 5'10 185 WR/DB, is a electrifying player for the spartans, especially on special teams. He is a sure tackle in the secondary and is another big-play reciever. Patrick Kimmons, 5'11 190 SS, DE, is a strong player. He is very quick and makes very good decisions. he has a recorded his share of sacks and can also be seen catching tough passes across the middle as a TE. These players are what make the Spartans, they may not be the standouts that everyone knows about but they come ready to play every game and have a lot a talent amongst them. If someone wouldnt mind, i would like to hear some of the players that no one really hears about from catholic. I know you all have just as many as webb does. Just to clear up a few other past remarks. I dont get all worked when i hear something bad about webb, all of the fans of spartan nation know that their team isnt perfect, but then again whose team is? i cant wait till friday, its gonna be a showdown, and the event you all have been waiting for will come tommorrow night: NWallace5's prediction!
