huge win for the highlanders last night. anderson county is a great team that we've got a lot of respect for. nobody gave us a chance, and we proved everybody wrong.

i agree with mtn hillbilly, "these mavs" are goin to get dehorned,,scott is athletic enough to stay in AC's shooters face all game,,they will have very few open looks at the basket. this is going to be a close game, scott will make their free throws down the stretch, and pull the lead to 7, scott by 7

congrats to both teams on a hard fought contest. its bad that it came down to a ref's call, but if its foul, its their job to call it no matter how much time is left.

anderson county is shooting out of their minds right now. they are playing the best ball in the district. but scott can match up to their quickness and extend on their shooters. expect this one to be good, first game ac won by 4, scott has been waiting on this rematch ever since.

i had the honor and the privilege to travel to rockwood lastnight and watch an amazing game between two unbeleivably good teams,i was so impressed with this game . It was very well played and was probably the best game i've seen all year.It was almost like watching two heavy weights stand toe to toe and just throw haymakers.Rockwood made big shots late and showed that they had more than just davis. Oneida just couldnt answer for all of the great shots.The game was very physical, at times i thought it wasnt a game, cause it looked more like a war.it was a great game and i was so proud of the boys from Oneida.good luck tuesday with wartburg that should be a good game. Guard the vespies very tight i hear they are hot.Keep your heads up Indians , you played very well. GOOD LUCK to everybody.

shs has went through some turmoil this year. one of their starters quit early in the year, and one of the very good juniors quit also. the shs team has become stronger as a result from this. yea, we lost to coalfield early in the year, but we are coming on strong now. we lost to AC by 4 and had them beat. we lead kingston the entire game and lost late in the 4th. we beat lenoir city and loudon, and lost to oliver springs by 3. and yea, we beat rockwood by 15 and wartburg by 20 in preseason scrimmages. we are coming on strong and we r gonna be dangerous at the district tourney. as for oneida, no u dont play in nearly a strong a district as we play in and its not because ur in single a. its because u got teams in there that have been beaten by 100 points.

first of all, scott beat oneida in the scrimmage by around 15, but oneida didnt wanna keep score so they could say that they won. next, oakdale and sunbright arent the greatest of teams. everyone in scott's district would beat oneida handily. i know oakdale and sunbright are great teams too, i guess thats why oakdale lost by 91 points to harriman. maybe we should scrimmage again and maybe you can turn on the scoreboard so you cant say you won when you got dominated.

its sad that rockwood is oneida's top competition. we scrimmaged both teams and handled both of them with ease. congratulation oneida for beating oakdale sunbright and jellico, those are great district wins for u.

kingston is a very talented team with lots of size. they will win this game by just having better talent than rockwood

this is a must win game for scott. they play harder than any team in the district and are on the verge of being very good. they will win this game and look out for them when comes district tourney time.

scott does have a chance. thomas kidd has come on strong in the last few games. he scored 24 points at sunbright, and 18 against anderson county. he is one of the best players around. he will be the difference tonight in a big shs win.

I think Scott High is a team on the verge of becoming very good. They're a really dangerous team and they will beat Kingston.

shs won by close to 50, thomas kidd was leading scorer with 14 big points in the paint.

The Scott High bowling team looks as good as the guys on TV. Thomas Kidd and Keith (timmy) Kriese leading the way for the still undefeated Highlanders. Kidd is averaging a 257 score leading the US in strikes the boy has the potential to be on ESPN one day. Not far behind though is Kriese avg. a 245 and being the vocal leader on the lanes he starts and finishes most of the 9th frame runs. Wath out for the Highlanders in state BOWLING FINALS.

This was a great game! Would have been alot better if the refs let the players decide the game in the end. Should be a great rematch later on in the season. The Highlanders get better every game and are going to be tough come tournament time.

Campbell County may beat the Hghlanders but it won't be no BLOW OUT trust me on that. It WILL be a nail biter in the end.

Sitzler without a doubt he's a big man that can step behind the arc and drain the 3 ball and he has some mad hops.
