Midway is south of Kingston. We are 1a and are pretty good to have such a same school. Our school has only about 350-360 people!

Hannah Colyer from Midway is a great pitcher! She is only a freshman and has alot of potential for the next couple of years. One girl I would also like for people to know about is Taylor Narramore, she is only in 7th grade but also shows alot of potential like Colyer. They are really good friends and I know how competitive it will be when Narramore is a Freshman and Colyer is a Junior. Colyer will have more experience in HS ball than Narramore but I know that they will both be great!

Now that the season is half over what are peoples thoughts on the ladywaves. With a new coach and having a very young team(3 senoirs, 1 junior, 1 sophomore, and 8 freshmen) how do you think we have done so far? How far do you think we will go?

I really dont know how well Kingston will do this year but I would like to say something about Brooke! I have played with her in the past and she is not all that people make her out to be! Now I am not saying that she is a bad player or isnt good. She does crack under pressure and she may be a good rebounder but when we played together and when I have watched her she likes to fall some when she does get the rebound which will cause a turn over because of a walk! I will give her props though she has gotten better over the years. Also, I think Katie is a good player she seems to know what she is doing out there.Anyways good luck to everyone this year!

We have all the starters back this year and some new talent in the freshman. I think that we will be very good this year with an older team and will go far. What does everyone else think will happen for us this year?

Midway doesn't play it. Whenever we get a touchdown our band always plays something different and I love it that way, people won't get bored of the same ole song!

What does everyone think of the Midway Lady Waves this year? Good... Bad???

All I have to say is that at the beginning of the season we wont be awesome or anything but by the end I do believe that we will be ALOT better and have a great team! Good Luck to everyone else!

kingston is a fast team! they keep things moving and hardly keep the ball in one persons hands for 5 seconds! What i noticed was that they will press while throwing the ball in but once you start down the court they back off (most of the time)! Good Luck to all roane county teams! I'm hoping the Greenback gets this one because before our game with them I was saying if they beat us I hope they beat Greenback but after what they did on our field (standing in the middle yellin SOR trying to be buttholes) i hope Greenback kills them! Good Luck Greenback!
