Hey Thelma! Yeah I still get on here, have to keep up with my team! Basketball is still my life, just in a different aspect! Peryy County has five seniors this year? Maybe they will be stronger than I thought, although I still think S'town and WC are going to be the top two out of our district. I don't thikn Moore County will be as good as they were last year, they lost a couple key players and Fanning can't win by herself.

I beg to differ. Though Summertown did lose some experienced players, they still have five players who are just as competitive and who have one more year under their belts. Led by two great seniors, Carrie Meek and Adria Matney, I think they will come up big this year. If they reach their full potential they should have no trouble beating the wild cats again this year. Yes, Wayne County did come up big when it counted last year, but who is to say that they will this year.

Emmy is just an 8th grader, she is not on the high school team yet. They do have five returning, basically all were starters at one time. I hope they can improve over this summer as much as we did over the last two.

Does anyone have any opinions on summertown's team this year? How did they look at the Shelbyville camp and any early predictions for the season. Oh, and i am a former lady eagle, so i'm not fishing for compliments

Do you have any idea why Christy decided to transfer?

Chapel Hill didn't lose anyone from last year either. They have two great senior players in Caroline Wilson and Julie Jones. Caroline is a guard and Julie a post. Also they have an exceptional point guard in Kori Knight. She is a junior but started last year as a sophomore. I also think that Eagleville will be a very tough team to handle this year.

I agree that Forrest should be a tough team this year. They have the experience and are a very competitive team. But Abby Fanning as Ms. Basketball? I admit she is an exceptional player, but let's not jump to conclusions.

will someone please explain the situation? because when we played forest, they seemed to be more than coach, they were disciplined, and that can take a team a lot farther than you would think.
