nicely stated, not to mention that professional soccer players have the highest paid salaries of any other sport world wide(disregarding the US). so yeah soccer is the world's sport.

Ooltewah has no room to be talking any trash right or saying they should have tied this team or beaten that team when we barely escaped the central game(and we know how bad they are). now that really scares me, i dont know about yall tho?

matt lowe from ooltewah has been known to take on entire teams and somehow still emerge with the ball after dribbling through all of them. he is only a sophmore too.

i really cant remember a time when they were ever very competitive against teams in the chattanooga area.

i agree they need a soccer field in general to practice and play on in general and once the softball field is finished they will be the only athletic team with a field to call their own.

take it from me bman i wouldnt say anything about the coaches considering what happened last year. does itchymomma ring a bell?

it was a hard fought game and ooltewah took advantage of set plays since every goal was that they scored in the ccs tournament came off of one( three corners and one pk). the final score was 3-2 owls with a great come back win.

yeah i agree, whats up with soddy's fans anyways. bunch of rednecks is what they are, i got tired of hearing they gripe and complain about every call.

well said staynskool. it will be the day when the soccer team gets a field of their own. the only chance i see of it happening is if the girl's soccer team complains because that would be under title 9 i believe(could be wrong). anyways if any girls team members are reading this then go and complain to the board so we can have somewhere to train whenever we need to without worrying about being denied access to a field.

very good point domination but the administration is too stubborn to realize that.

i would bet money our field is in worse condition. first of all there is bull dozer tracks all the way through it, from top to bottom stretching side to side as well. then we have a about a 100 feet long shed that is sitting in one corner of it taking up a farily good chunk of the field. all the grass is dead, its basically dirt. then we cant even park in the grass by the field because they bulldozed the only path leading there because they dont want us parking in the grass. so we have to park on the side of the road(on the shoulder) just to get there. our nets are ducttaped to about 50 year old goal posts because our own school would not even supply us with some. Also on any given day the shot put team uses up have of the field so they can throw which puts us the players in danger of being struck by a flying disk. so yeah our field is pretty pathetic and not always available to us like n2vols said. that is total crap if you ask me.

actually someone assisted him since he got the ball on the bounce and weaved through one defender really.
