I see the chargers winning the game fairly easy. I look for the game to be close in the first half but in the second half the chargers pull away.

I definitely respect Unioin City. So far we've been predicted to beat them every year for the past 3 yrs. However They've beaten us two outta three times. So if theres anything that I have for Union City its respect. But I think with the way Westview has been rolling this IF (IF being the key word) we bring our A game then this will be a big victory for the blue and gold. If we don't it could get real ugly real quick.

Westview plays Rocky Top and they have for years. The other night we played ballard ky and beat them 61-0. Imagine how many times the fans heard Rocky Top!

Westview is by far the most improved in 2A football.

Theres a difference between cockiness and confidence. I'm just confident that you guys will pull off a big victory. I do realize that they could come out and perhaps win the game. But I honestly think that Westview has too much talent. And in my opinion if you guys play like you've been playing against all these tough opponents theres no doubt in my mind that this will be a pretty big victory. I still say 35-7. Or if we play bad 21-

I don't think that Union City has a prayer. The only thing that will give them a chance is the rivalry effect of this game. Otherwise Westview will wrap things up and finish this off the right way. If Westview plays like they played Huntingdon it could get pretty ugly. 35-7. However if we overlook them it'll be close. 21-14.

I agree with ct2006. Dresden is a much better team than what people give them credit for. That hewitt kid is pretty impressive. The good thing about this game is the fact that it'll be played in dresden. However if Milan comes out and play like they did against Huntingdon this will be a pretty easy game. My prediction is 28-21 it can go either way.

Both teams are certainly good. This will no doubt be a great game. This game is important for several reasons. This proves who is the best. Not only that it shows you how these two great teams stack up against each other. There are 4 great teams at the top right now. Westview Camden, Huntingdon,and Milan. One of these teams will represent West Tn at tha boro.

Obviously 9yroldchamps you missed one of my earlier posts about this game. But I should have been clearer about what I meant. Huntingdon will dominate Milan if they continue to play like they have the past couple of weeks. However with this game being such a rivalry, thats unlikely. This game will be a classic. Its hard to predict who'll win. Honestly I think that either Milan, Westview, or Huntingdon will end up at the Bluecross bowl. But we'll discuss that when that time gets here. As for the game, I guess we'll know friday night who'll win.

The loss that Huntingdon suffered to Westview was'nt an embarrassment. Westview is a great team and probably the best team in our region. If they were to play Milan again theres no question who would come out on top. However thats not the topic at hand. Huntingdon will beat Milan unmercifully. I don't even see this one being close.

Being a Westview fan, and having seen both of these teams play, I'd say that Huntingdon is the better team. Even though Milan beat Westview, they didn't play the same Westview team that Huntingdon did. If they'd played the same team that Huntingdon did they probably would have gotten beaten pretty badly. However whenever these three teams play crazy things always happen. So the outcome of this game is unpredictable. We'll just have to wait and see who wins.

Mustang 69 theres a lot to feel uncomfortable about. Things are different this year from what they were last year. Things are more even this year. You don't have just two teams on top, you have many teams with the potential of being on top. Whenever you have so many good teams to contend with its natural to feel uncomfortable. Being uncomfortable is not a bad thing. Don't get being uncomfortable and weakness mixed up.

I'm going to say that Westview has to be in the top ten at least. After beating Huntingdon you can't overlook them. This is a team who started out 0-2. This team has a lot of heart and don't be suprised to see them at tha boro.

I agree with Bertier. I was also at the Huntingdon-Westview game, and any team who comes out to play can beat anyone on any given night. Huntingdon is a GREAT team however they're certainly not the only team at the top of the mountain. Westview,Camden, and Milan are also worthy contenders. If I were Huntingdon I wouldn't feel comfortable about playing any of these teams in the playoffs.

I wasn't suprised when Dresden started cheering when Markei was injured. Thats about what I'd expect from Dresden fans. I'm not saying that they're all like that but there are a lot of them that are VERY disrespectful. Dresden has a great team and has potential to make a deep run in the playoffs. However I don't see that happening. I think the thing that makes the biggest difference is ATTITUDE. The attitude at dresden is not respectable and not positive. However don't just take my word for it. Just sit back and watch how far they go into the playoffs.

This won't be even close. Chargers will win by an enormous margin. I'll say Westview 60 Ballard 0.

Ringo we play a weak team next week in Ballard Memorial. However Dresden plays a weak schedule. Those are the facts. Westview plays Huntingdon along with Crockett Co. I don't see those on Dresdens schedule. However Drseden does play one tough team in Camden. But overall, Westview does have the harder schedule.Tonight Westview will win 48-7.

After defeating Huntingdon friday night, Westview might be a new face to the State championship. They made their first state appearance in 2001 and loss the game to Goodpasture 14-0. This year they definitely have another chance. If they can get past Milan, then we'll prolly advance to the championship.

It'll feel a lot longer than that if they suffer a blowout.

Yeah the chargers played hard and they were rewarded with a victory. This friday they play Dresden and if they play like they did last week, I'd hate to be a Dresded lion fan...

I definitely agree. Westview has proved that they are a worthy contender. Most people expected them to flop. However after giving Milan a close game, and defeating the Mustangs of Huntingdon, the future is uncertain as to who will continue on in the playoffs.If the chargers really want the state title, then they'll get it. However we have to take this one game at a time. Lets just hope that Dresden is ready for the chargers on friday. If they're not, it could be a long ride back to dresden.

Dresden is not being overlooked at all. I'm just confident that the Chargers will come out there and play with all they've got. If Westview plays like they did this friday then there'll be no stopping them. Westview should dominate. SHOULD being the key word.

Dresden has the best record but don't let that fool you. Huntingdon came to town with the best record and that meant nothing once the game got underway.I'm going to go with my gut instinct and say Westview wins 48-7.

That game was a huge confidence booster. We'll defintely defeat dresden on friday.Great game I've seen in a while.
