yes as a umber 4 seed..and G-ville would enter as a 3-seed, Monetery number 2 and so on....so Clay has to win to even have a shot at the play-offs, but you can bet your bottom dollar that Gordonsville will have the loss in the back of their minds from last year!

Love Tennessee, hate UT, Love Vanderbilt, I like the song until they play it for the 50th time...it does get annoying. BTW.....UT really doesn't have a chance at a Nat'l Title....and i'll tell you why. 1) The BCS is just what it is if u take away the "C"...BS!!! 2) Nobody wants to give the toughest conference in the nation(the SEC) any credit 3) I really don't see them getting by Auburn in the SEC championship, and Auburn will run the table in the SEC and get shafted by the BCS who is all about kissing USC and OU's anus!!! 4) The BCS should be done away with and gone to a play-off system in my mind. only the winners of the conferences are allowed to compete for the Nat'l Title. and therefore put in the playoff bracket.

And Gordonsville won't be outta the play-offs, by beating Watertown last night...I do believe they clinched a spot..not quite sure of that. i don't know why carthage is going back to 2a....b/c Goodpasture is staying in 2a, and almost all of the top 1a privates are moving up to 2a...just seems more logica to stay in 3a, but I heard that some of the privates will be in a region with carthage?

hey oldsc7.....get ready to come in 2nd in the region this year...ya'll will lost to portland in the final game, and Gordonsville WILL be back in the running very very soon...Gordonsville doesn't stay down for long and u should know that from watching SC and G'ville all of your life.....so I mean, u will have 3 of the top caliber teams of 1a in the same region......it will be exciting

if they do BCC......it will be because they want to avoid Trousdale Co. did that freshman running back get scared after a couple of hits or something?

yeah Boyd would kill FCS, and they have to get past the first 2 rounds to get to the quarters.....but everyone knows Gordonsville and TC will be the front runners for the region in a couple of years, and everyone else will have to take a backseat.

we had a tough year in 2000, but came back in 01 and had a basically complete turn around.....so it can happen..i havent been to a game this year and it looks like I might not get to go to one until next year. I wish them luck and hopefully soon when people speak of the top 1a teams, Gordonsville will be mentoned among them again.

FCS better enjoy their lone region championship,b/c Gordonsville and Trousdale will be back atop the region very soon, I am hearing that Gordonsville will be back in the ranks fo the top 1a teams in the state in a year or so.

I used to live in TX, and I wish I saw better facilities in TX.......the Lewisville Fighting Farmers have a nice stadium, and there are 2 schools that share a stadium, can't remember the name....i think the Haltom City Buffaloes...and man, it looks about like the Vanderbilt Stadium, very very nice!!

yes we lost to FCS in like 92 I think, no bigmamma, I work at FedEx Express off of Elm Hill Pk. in Nashville. I know cheesecake, I won't be missing much, but I havn't been to a game all season, and would have really liked to go. but like the person said, 1989-1992 were bad years for Gordonsville, but they were back up in like 93, they went to the semi's that year I think, not sure. They didnt stay down for long, and I don't think they will be down for long.

i'd say it has been a long while, but they will be back up in a few years. I hear that they are going to be pretty good next year with that freshman QB they have? i wanted to go to the game this week, but i couldn't get off, so I'm gonna be stuck at FedEx!!

yeah they did look like some hard hits, and the games were fast paced, but I loved it. Rudy is one near the top of my list, but the Junction Boys in #1 in my book.

Just went and saw this movie.......and loved it. I thought it was realistic in some ways but i still loved it. things i didnt like was the sportsmanship of that Carter team. If this is really the way they have sportmanshipo and that was the way they played, then something needs to be done. I wonder if their behavior was actually tha way they behaved, or if it was just hollywood?

yeah I lived only a couple of hours from Odessa from ages 13-15, i sure hope it is good, i would go see it tomorrow, but the braves playing and all will put a hold on that.
