Congrats! WILDcats on a job well done. I know this game was bittersweet, because it was the last game for the seniors. They sure made Lawrence County proud by being such a great bunch of kids. They had some tough times, but I think they learned from them, and just like everything in life, things aren't always fair!!! If you tackle everything with the same determination and focus, you'll be successful in whatever you do. WE LOVE OUR WILDCATS, and I hope you were happy with the way we supported you this season! Why did Overton not play Hillwood or Hillsboro in the season?

thumb I TOTALLY AGREE! They came into this game knowing their chances were pretty slim, but they gave hillwood one heck of a game! The Hilltoppers had to be caught off gaurd when this spirited team just kept coming back after them! I don't think they got the chance to put the second string in to keep from running the score up. HUH? We also have to give our coaches alot of credit, they try to keep our boys healthy, motivated and have taught them to never give up. THIS IS A LESSON THEY WILL NEED IN EVERY GOAL THEY SET IN LIFE. GO WILDCATS!!!!! STAY FOCUSED AND KEEP YOUR HEAD HIGH. I was always told that in competition " the team that wants it most will always come out on top" LCHS is showing no sign of giving in or up, and I feel we still AIN'T SEEN NOTHING YET. GO GET EM' BOYS! YOU MAKE US PROUD WITH YOUR SPIRIT and DETERMINATION. We're always right behind you.(literally)

BECAUSE MY KID PLAYS FOR LCHS! IS THAT A GOOD ENOUGH REASON?

Hey Footballman, if you think we only get up for two games a year, you haven't been to too many footabll games at LCHS! We support our team the same, doesn't matter which game it is, also, I love the Mustangs, and am very proud of them. There were many more LCHS fans at Loretto Fri. night than LHS fans. Maybe if they would come out and support their teams, it would make a big difference. I went to LHS, and my brother played football there. It was the same way then. GO WILDCATS! GO MUSTANGS!

Yeah Football Man, LCHS won without their starting QB. The team pulled together and ran almost every play. The young QB stepped up and played a great game. Go Wildcats! and Good luck to the Mustangs for the rest of the season! thumb thumb

I didn't get to go to the LCHS game at Shelbyville Fri., Can anyone give me info other than score? I heard A. Beard stepped up and played a pretty good game. can anyone let me in on this? I was in Tuscaloosa, AL.
