I agree this should be a good game with two of the most improved teams in West TN. These teams couldn't beat a peewee team last year. Lexington probably be looking for some revenge from the beating they got from Liberty. I think Liberty will win in a close game but could blow it open big if they put 4 quarters together. Good Luck to both teams, I hope to be seating in Lexington cheering on Liberty.

My early prediction is Liberty wins big, if they play all 4 quarters instead of 2.

Yes this was a great game. Liberty came out the entire first half flat, they couldn't do anything right. They had penalties one after the other one brought back a 40+ yards TD run and many first downs. I don't know what happen at halftime but Liberty came out looked liked a different team that SS didn't have an answer to. They ran the ball all over SS and for the go ahead TD on 4th and goal at the 12 WR Hulsey made an awesome jump catch for the TD, i can't believe he held on the ball. That was his second catch of the season like this, the other one during Dyer game. SS looked good the first half moving the ball and stopping everything Liberty did but I would almost guess they put the scrubs in thats how bad they looked in the second half. The only offense I seen by SS was #10 Murphy he is very quick and fast, there QB was shakey after being hit a few times in the second half. I guess thats what you get when you haven't been tested yet, so maybe SS will work on that schedule. Anyway it was a huge win for Liberty they just need to start playing a full game. SS will be ok just need to learn how to finish the game.

The game that i've been waiting for. I also think SS will get there first lost of the season. Liberty has played some tough comp and should know what it will take to get the job done. SS is a good team but haven't played anybody so this will be a good test for them. I could be wrong if so it's not going hurt my feelings i support both teams.

Mind your own business and by the way it's not a jerk just having a little fun after a week of trash talking on both sides.. . I have respect for Henry and their fans. We been on here all week talking trash but nothing personal. I would love for any team in west TN bring gold balls home and if Henry can do that it would make the whole region and west TN look better. So when I said good luck I mean it and hope them the best. They have the team to do it.

Win a game and still complain... Anyways Congrats to Henry and their COCKY fans, they might very well win a state title but I hope not. It'll be bad around here if so.... Good Luck the rest of the year....

When has Liberty run their mouths? Yall talk like this is some powerhouse national ranked program that wins state titles every year. Can someone please tell me how many titles Henry has won? Win a few then start talking crap. The last thing I will say about this game is I don't expect Liberty to win but there is hope for an upset. Maybe Liberty will be the Westview of last year........

You should have your arse helping JCM after my mighty Hawks took them to the woodshed. JCM might win again when they move down to single A. I played at SS years ago and my daughter goes to Liberty for your info. But win Liberty beats JCM like the Hawks did they will think Liberty is the Hawks. Now it would be better if you would stay home and don't bring all that JCM bad luck and hatre to our nice stadium.

This should be one of the best games in West TN this week. Dyer is a good team and Huntingdon is known to have some of the best teams around. So this should be an exciting game maybe going down to the last snap. Without seeing Huntingdon I can't make a prediction so good luck to both teams.

It looks like you need to stay home if you're going complain and don't get your way. I don't guess you been around to stadiums in west TN because most vistors side are small. When I state a FACT it's a FACT... When we started talking about transfers we were talking about this year not last year, do your homework.... By the way I know what goes on inside Liberty and all the Madison county schools. So don't be hating on Liberty it's inside all the schools and has been every since I played. I will agree with you about the AD, he's a joke...... Like I said before I would be tickle if Liberty could pull off the upset but that's a BIG if. I haven't said anything about Liberty winning I just hope they do. So whats up with all the cocky crap. Win a few state titles then you can be cocky I can see why people don't want to get on here with Henry fans and discuss the games. I'll be on Liberty's side cheering for the biggest upset in the state, almost like the upset last week that no one saw coming against Dyer. Everyone on here keep thinking that this is going be a blowout, i don't see it like that but it could happen. I'm not going say Liberty will win either but they're not going roll over and play dead, they will fight to the end just ask Dyer and Ripley. This would be something big if Liberty wins but keeping it close and having a chance will be pretty big for this team. Liberty has some good players that need some discipline and the coach makes you go hmmmmm. This team is full of juniors and sophmores with one or two seniors so next year is going be the year in my opinion. I think they will make the playoffs maybe the 3rd or 4th spot, I wouldn't count out a possible 2nd. Anything can happen so we'll wait for a couple of more nights and let them settle it on the field. Now for adsmom, her feelings got hurt last week which I can understand but don't start complaining about everything just because you lost. Liberty didn't or haven't got any transfers from anywhere thats a FACT. The band is NO different than any other band around. I will agree with the announcer that was AWFUL, my head is still hurting. It's all good adsmom, just giving you a hard time. I'll be the first one to give props to all Dyer sports. After I got the info about why it has been cancel I put the blame on the school that I support and it's goofball AD Flipper. Anyways good luck to the Choctaws and maybe we'll meet down the road again someday.

I agree Yankees. My daughter goes to Liberty so I spend a lot of time at the games. Taking this game away especially in BB is the dumbest thing I have heard. Flipper is a JOKE and needs to get out of dodge just like the principle that didn't allow cheerleaders this year because of couple of girls from years past. I enjoy going to Dyer thats one of the best stadiums around, I'm going hate to see these games go to the waste side over an idiot judgement.

Great Post Stevie. I don't think Liberty is scared to go back to Dyer an play. It probably has something to do with Liberty beating Dyer in basketball and now they beating them in football. So I can see why Dyer don't want to play them.

Rumor has it that they've had several transfers that are all very good players? This is just a RUMOR the only transfers were a few Liberty players leaving for JCM and a private school. So there is no truth to this RUMOR..... Yes Liberty has been a second half team which could be a nightmare friday night. They have looked good at times then at others not which I believe is due to some of the play calling. This team has some players that can get it done but are still young. The best thing is there is no quit in this team they will fight to the last horn. I just hope they can keep it close with a chance at the end which I feel like thats going be their best chance on winning. Good Luck to both teams and may the best team win.

They have already proved their better than southside and westview this year. How? Did I miss a friday night game somewhere? I will give credit to Huntingdon after they got waxed they should still be in the top 12 but not the top five. Year in year out they always have one of the best teams in west TN. Maybe after a few W's they will work they way back in the top 5. Now for Liberty I'm a big fan but a rank that high after two games sounds good but I think at this time a little to high. We'll see what they have this friday night when Henry comes to town, I just hope we can keep it close.

Way to Go USJ. Maybe one day TCA will move up and play with the big boys every week.
