As sad as it may be, I have to agree with Nader....Baylor seems to come up short in just about everything. Of course what do I know, I don't go to either one...

I certainly don't agree with this philosophy, but "there may be no 'I' in team, however there is a 'ME.'" Like I said, I don't follow that, but the argument can be made!

NewBaller, I disagree with you. I don't think this was Ooltewah's worst game yet. There were definately a lof of negatives, but I thought we saw some good things. I was actually glad to see Ooltewah pass a little more. Too bad they don't have an O-line to give Higdon some time. Secondly, I was impressed with the linebackers...they all played well. The Owls secondary got killed on the pass - they just couldn't defend it. Ooltewah needs to balance the pass and the run a little more. Oh, and there weren't AS many turnovers tonight. Still too many, but not as many. As for Soddy they looked really good. Defensively they shut Ooltewah down. And their pass offense looked good.

I agree OldSchool, defensively this game was where it was won. Gray, Burke, McDade, and Bennett combined for 62 tackles. That's pretty impresive. And that stop on the goal line was huge.

Hey Mama, ya'll should definately beat Bradley. And are any of those cheerleaders single? Haha! Thorough, good post. Those are some interesting stats, and I agree, defense shut Heritage down at some key moments of the game.

At Ooltewah, you've got Justin Higdon, Zach Woods, Kyler Burke, and Blake McDade that star in football and baseball. Higdon's a junior, the other 3 are sophomores. All 4 start football, and they all will prob start in baseball. Actually, I may have left a few people out....let us know!

I have heard they are pretty good. The good news is they've got some good size on them, especially their line. They need to toughen up a bit and they'll be ready to roll! Yes, Burke should have a decent game and he might surprise you by showing up at FB on a few downs. McDade will hopefully get a few downs, but definately be ready for next week against Soddy. They both, along with several others have a ton of potential if they keep progressing as they are. Looking forward to Williams, Woods, and Higdon next year as well! Too many young guns to mention...sorry if I left you out, but the outlook is very good!

Patriot, if youve been following coacht at all, you should know exactly what their problem is. But EagleDT is right on the money. Basically they gotta start over. Im definately interested to see them next year!

JP, I apologize if I misunderstood you, or responded incorrectly to your posts. I can definately understand how TSSAA brings in the money. I guess instead of saying that TSSAA couldn't buy all those laptops, I should say they WOULDN'T buy all those laptops. With all that money they're making, maybe they should get a different financial advisor to help them spend it more effieciently. Anyways... And another point, I greatly admire your extensive vocabulary, however you must bear in mind that your vocabulary is most likely greater than 95% of the people on this website. Be attentive when posting that you do not talk in a vocabulary that is far beyond the rest of us! Lol, oh I'm just messin with ya...good post!
