I also think I remember that somewhere in the Tennessee Code that states that the TSSAA is the governing body over high school athletics in Tennessee. I think this came out in the Brentwood Academy (Carlton Flatt) -vs- TSSAA Case. I might be wrong but I think that is what I remember.

Private schools have a vote in the election of the board of control. They are represented by the member that is elected from their district. Surely you dont think Private Schools should also be a special exception to the election process.
I've got to change my vote. I would have to vote for the coach at Macon COunty. He has evidentally taken a rock bottom program from a "Basketball" dominated town and built evidenatlly a good program in a very very tough district.
My Vote Macon County COach
WHHS your correct Coach Porter has done a greaat job as well he has his team atop the state. Especially in Class AAAA with a current Low AAA Enrollment. Probably the most organized coach in the state
From what I understand Heritage is a young team with a couple of real good transfers. Juries still out on them but in the long run they should be good.
Playing at Nashville Christian is sort of like the movie Hoosiers. The Players cant even sit on the first row of the bleachers as the bench and cant keep their feet off the playing floor. I keep watching for Gene Hackman to be standing on the court.
Most definately a HOME COURT ADVANTAGE
Dont personally know the Coach, but I would say Greenbrier's Kirk Williams, I know they have lost 3 games but they were againt two of the better teams in Tennessee and one of the better teams in Kentucky.
