To: Lincoln County Fans From: Nashville/Vandy Fan As Vanderbilt head football coach Bobby Johnson has termed the signing of quality defensive linemen a critical need for the program this year, we are very excited concerning the committment of Lamar Divins. Lincoln County's high reputation for excellent coaching and players parallels the need for quality players that are critical for success for teams that play in the Southeastern Conference. That said, what can you tell us about Lamar? Is he primarily a defensive or offensive lineman, on which side of the ball does he prefer to play and what would be his best position at Vandy? He certainly appears to have the size needed to play either side of the ball. Can you give an accurate height and weight as we have seen anywhere from 6'1 255 to 6'4" 285.
