Cold weather will affect teams Fri. night. How much? That's hard to say. Cold hands make it harder to grip the ball, and also it hurts a whole lot more when they get mashed. I don't think that anyone will be able to blame the cold for a loss, at least as a legitimate excuse! Just try to stay warm.

There will always be times when you have to pass. But, I am a true believer in the Veer-Option run game. When your QB makes the right read, you'll get a minimum of 3-4 yards. If you can get that, guess who wins.

While 50% does seem a bit excessive, you have to think about all the clinics and classes that TSSAA has each year. Plus, they pay the execs BIG MONEY! Is this right? Not in my opinion, but I'm just an average joe. Surely they wouldn't try to stick it to us, would they?

Come down to the Emerald Jungle. You will not be disappointed. This will be one heck of a ball game.

What do you guys think on this one? I think that Greenback will be tough to beat twice in a year. Satterfield will have a better game plan and have his boys fired up with the revenge factor.

I think that this will be one great football game. Having played both teams this year, I think that OS has the best team. They are more physical and have more "want to" than Rockwood. Rockwood always seems to start pointing fingers and whining when things don't go their way. OS 28 Rockwood 13

I hope that all of you "football gurus" will come down to Midway Friday night to watch this game. You know, when you are looking ahead to CAK playing SP or Boyd, then you are really showing how little you know about the playoffs. Anything can happen, (look at CAK vs Cloudland). Don't think that just because they beat Cloudland, that they automatically can beat anyone. Don't underestimate the Big Green. Like I said before, they have yet to beat Midway. So, just one more thing: SOR baby!

Everyone is saying that CAK has improved and that they can make it through the third round, blah, blah. They still have to play Midway Fri. Midway is playing mush better football now than when they met earlier. And remember, even thought they beat Cloudland, they have not ever beat Midway.

I think that this game may come down to who makes the fewest mistakes. If the Green can bring the heat on CAK's QB, then Midway will come out victorious. I don't think anyone can stop Midway's offense. The key will be if Midway can stop CAK's passing attack. Call me biased, but SOR, baby! Midway will prevail.
