i got to say the only thing i was impressed with from DL was that rodgers kid...he was 10 times faster then i thought he was but there line was really not that good...or atleast who lined up across from me wasnt we we're much stronger then them and we were knocking them back early but there linebackers and corners came up and made some good plays and if they wouldnt have dustin would have ran forever but hats off to DL and yes OS i guess i can see where yall come from with the turnovers but this was a semi final game and we should have been more disciplined but we'll be back next year..

7 turnovers i think and DL capitialized on all of them tough game for alcoa but way to redeem yourselvs from last year tough luck for the seniors yall worked extremely hard and we wouldnt have got as far with out you...but hope to see yall next year in the semi finals

there's a bout 2-3" of standing water on alcoa's side lines and through the middle of the field...but its still playable but our atletic director seemed to think otherwise...im sure he'd love to hear the ear full from all the people with any problems.

this is so stupid postponing a football game because of rain...i saw the field..yeah its soaked but its football, football is meant to be played in the rain and just to let everyone know it wasnt a coached decision it was our athletic director and i dont see the the big deal tearing up the field because its the last home game...but whatever guess we'll have to wait one more day

we have a answer right back for him with brandon warren #1 at wide out who is leads 2a in recieving i think if not 2nd or 3rd and david wilder could hold up with that austin rodgers kid easily i believe so could gary hill...they've came up big in these past couple of games and brad coulter is always hiding back there at safty has he leads the team in picks...but i believe austin rodgers could be one of the best in the state cause i know lipscomb has some talented athletes but i dont think he's better then brandon warren who is not only very quick for his size but is huge for a wide out 6'3 about 220 and is very physical, thats what this game is gonna be physical and thats the way alcoa likes it...strap it up baby its semi-final time no turning back now...dont let this be your last seniors...

i dotn think its fair to call us (alcoa) young anymore...we may have some young starters but we havent played young in over a month. SRs brandon brewer jorndan keller gary hill david wilder and benny fuller have worked wayy to hard to be stopped now. Brewer and Keller will make sure that our line stays up to beat for 48 mins and with leaders like warren and lindsey theres just too much team spirit. with out that spirit we have i think we would have lost to sweetwater but with everyone staying up thats what got us going. but our offense cannot come off to a slow start this week. our line has to send a messege that we're here on the first play. If OS loads up the box look for fiegler to have over 300 yards passing... if they drop off in a dime or nickel look for the line to create big holes for lindsey and getting 8-10 yards a pop. just cause we're young doesnt mean we dont know how to make a team play bad. NOTE: Alcoa's offensive line has not let up a sack since William Blount. and alcoa has the revenge factor. One more note: Alcoa has not lost a game on the road. good luck both teams

one of the biggese reason we (alcoa) beat sweetwater earlier in the season was our D. Plus the help that lathem got hurt. but i believe if out D comes ready to play which i think we will and we stay mistake free we can win big. But if we come out and have all those flags like aganst CG then we could be in trouble...2 or 3 huge runs got called back on holding calls...and we can have none of that this week...we have got to come prepared for a 4 qt battel because thats what its gonna take to pull this one off...But us big boys up front got to dominate and protect joei and make holes for dustin on the run which we have been very successfull doing lately..this is where we're gonna miss big martin white the most..

we know sweetwater is gonna gome in mad and ready...we have gotten better and so have they..this will be a great game probley being decided in the 4th qtr. But i know we will be up to the challenge to beat them at home. Last time they came in they blew us out and we are never gonna be blown out on goddard field again so we're lookin foward to a much better sweetwater team...great game expected

dude...i just love readin your little pity posts cg dad...and cg mom i was right there when your littly qb had to be held back after the game while we were sayin prayer and even some of those fans...only respect i saw was from #76 i think or #78 he actually commmented us on our good game...and i dont even remember half of yalls players shaking hands after the game..but like my boy ryder said....suit up for basketball season or something..
