  1. We will need to have another great game from "Mr. Ambercrombie & Fitch" to keep the Goodpasture D honest. I have heard they sell out against the run totally. On D we must stop the big fullback up the middle. Goodpasture is huge and will want to control the ball and wear us down just like Fairview did back in 2002. We have to jump on them early so this isnt an option for them. Coach Pritchard is a master against the Wing-T (but one of their wingbacks is out, so they might go out of the I) I think with the skill players we have we will "GITTERDONE" but like Mr. Mustang said we arent gonna be able to throw our helmets on the field and expect Goodpasture to roll over and play dead, we will have to come out and continue to play at a high level. And I expect that they will!!!! Mustangs 34 Cougars 20 Hey Mr. Mustang I read in the paper last night that the new world record for Krystal burgers eaten in an hour is 67, think you can match that?
  2. Another chapter in a storied rivalry. There were nothing but warriors out on that football field tonight. Cody Crocker......you are the man!!! Also major game from J.P. Powell tonight. Isn't it ironic that Cody Baker, who had the drop in the last Milan game comes up with the game winning catch tonight? On defense it really hurt us when Big Ced got banged up, but he manned up and stayed in the game and his mate Mr. Logan Sellers took up the slack. The DB's played their best game of the year tonight IMO. Also great job by the kickoff and punt coverage teams tonight.
  3. NEWS FLASH: The Bulldog World tour has been prematurely cancelled. The appearances in Madison, Tn. and the campus of MTSU will not go on as planned. The Mustang Nation apologizes for this inconvenience.
  4. I dont know gametime temp but its supposed to get down to 24 tonight.
  5. 12yrold and bulldog #2...... Meet at the concession stand at 6:30 and we'll play paper-rock-scissors to see who buys the burgers.....I must warn you though much like the stangs I'm hard to defeat at Paul Ward Stadium. Just kidding I'll spring for the burgers and be a gracious host....Shelly, have these boys a couple of "Mustang Burgers" ready will ya? With all the "fixins"!!
  6. That was tacky......... On a side note Old Fearless has picked the Bulldogs to win......I feel better already!!!
  7. Earth to westtn2004state........The river that runs through the town you live in is called the Tennessee, but when it comes to 03 you live by De Nile.......Now thats a good one... I dont think its possible to score 34 by only "having a guy run wide open on two seperate occasions......Anyway that ones in the record books, lets talk 2005 please. Have you even saw Huntingdon play?
  8. I think I adressed that in my previous post as well......
  9. For the first time in a LONG time I believe that the Stangs are the more diversified offense. If we want to pound the ball up the middle the weapons are there. If we want to run it outside the weapons are there. If we want to throw the ball the weapons are there. How many different formations have we ran out of during the season? Numerous. Sometimes to the chagrin of the fans, but NOW is when that diversity will pay off. If something aint working we have the ability to go to something else. I have ZERO doubt that Huntingdon is the better team...Now is not the time to believe you are going to win, now is the time to know you are going to win!!! But you also need to know that if you dont execute Milan is capable of coming in and breaking your hearts. Play like the champions you are Stangs, zero turnovers and outstanding special teams play will win this game!!! Be ready for Milans kicking game trickery because they will throw it all at you this week......... Huntingdon 27 Milan 24
  10. Mustang69 was born in the year of the Rooster....All signs point to a Huntingdon victory!
  11. We will miss the band.....but this means we need to bring more milk jugs and thundersticks.
  12. I agree with 12yr.old on everything except Milans best shot at the buro being next year......
  13. Well, it was shut down at one time!!! I'm not really into the club scene anymore, it got to hard to keep the ladies beat off!!!
  14. The only thing Martin had going for it was "Cheers" and they shut it down years ago.
  15. I dont think after the Stangs seeing film on Carver they will be overlooking them. C'mon Stang fans make the trip to Mempho, somebody told me there was a good resturant to eat at off the Wolfchase exit....Hooters or Cooters or Shooters or something like that. Supposed to have some pretty good wangs. Mr. Mustang...pass up on the Krystal gut-bombs and eat at a real resturant on this trip!!! P.S. Huntingdon 26 Carver 16
