Creekwood has the advantage. They swept sycamore last season and they only lost a couple of players which werent putting up big numbers anyway. Creekwood has the confidence edge over sycamore with the sweep last season and with the big win over harpeth. Creekwood knows they can win against good competition this season, sycamore is still looking for that.

He has to realize that the refs are going to be twice as hard on him because of his reputation and he has to realize the type of game and situation hes in before he reacts how the refs expect him to act. I mean, being up by 10 or so at sycamore getting ready to put them away, he has to know there is no room at all to let his emotions run over and let sycamore back in the game. That moment couldve very easily turned sycamores entire season around. If they wouldve come back for the win against a team that just beat cheatham then they would certaintly have the confidence to go out and play like last season and beat every other team in the district. Harpeths success in the championship race will likely rely on derricks on the court actions. Hopefully, he could have an outburst against cheatham next time.

He wont be scoring 25 anytime if he has to keep sitting out half of the games and getting t'd up because he cant control his attitude. Derrick is a good player and could lead his time deep in the district tourney if he wouldnt cost his team vauluable minutes and points.

I think noel has another big game like he did against goodpasture simply because he's missed a game and because hendersonville hasnt played against him in the past few seasons. Tnbball, who is tj caldwell and what team does he play for? I think pinkney should be number 4 from watching him and dickerson play. Pinkney is extremely quick and a solid pg but i havent seen caldwell play.

If your harpeth, there is no reason to double team boulard at any time unless your trapping because he doesnt handle the ball that well. In the post though i would have someone play him strait up because if you double team a not so dangerous player like boulard, then you leave open a dangerous sycamore shooter and you dont want them to catch fire. For sycamore, i think the more they play in the half court the better like catfish said. As of right now in the season, i dont think sycamore has an advantage where they play. They havent shot well on the road or at home so i think the team that hits big shots at the end and the team that plays the whole 4 quarters will win.

With sycamore still searching for an identity and harpeth coming off a big district win, i think harpeth has the edge. However, IF sycamores shots fall they could make it interesting.

With noel being the best shooter in the state, cole would easily be one of the best, if not the best shooter on any other team. Im glad both showed up and played well at harpeth. Its sad on the other hand davidson, moss, vaughn, and hoeh not come to play like they did against sycamore. This district is so tough every man has to come to play for every team. Even if a couple of players take the night off you'll lose, Examples for the past week: Cheatham vs. Harpeth, Harpeth vs. Creekwood. I see no downfall coming. The only downfall i saw was sycamore. No one stepped up in the first game of the season? Noel and the other seniors will provide great leadership throughout the season and tournament. Cole will have to step his game up and theyll be good to go. I havent been to any of these places to play but they sound like alot of fun. The craziest place ive been in for a game was sycamore-cheatham county. It wasnt specifically the sycamore crowd, it was that both sides were packed, there wasnt a seat, there were probably about 150- 200 more people jammed around the baseline, they had to shut the doors and people were still peeking in through the lobby. Not to mention it was an in county rival and it went into 2 overtimes. It was a great game and the most exciting ive ever played in!!
