  1. Who pitched for DL and who hit the scoreboard?
  2. Lipscomb probably has more pitching than anyone in AA, and probably the best two pitchers in Brock and Merry, and the way they are hitting right now, they will walk all the way to the title.
  3. Greenbrier was down 4-1 in the 6th and scored two in the 6th and two in the 7th to win the game.
  4. Greenbrier won 8-6. They were down 6-3 in the top of the 7th and scored 5 to wrap up the victory.
  5. Wilson Central has to be one of the hottest teams around, after their slow start. Their defense and balanced scoring attack will lead them to victory in a close game.
  6. Will either of these teams be challenged in their substate matchups. I believe neither CSAS nor Walker Valley is prepared for the defense and solid play of either of these 8AA teams.
  7. Upperman won the game and now has the prize of playing MLK. Upperman was the only 7AA team to win, but their season will end Thursday.
  8. Congrats to Heritage on their big win.
  9. What kind of adjustments did DL make to turn this game around?

    8AA MVP

As far as statistics go, Trey Hobson is by far the MVP, but if you look at how successful the player's team is, I would have to go with Kris Smith or Johnny Lee. Their team has already wrapped up the regular season crown, and they have some pretty impressive numbers.
  11. Station Camp played MLK tough last year and I wouldn't expect Coach Spivey to get out coached in the Springfield game, look for several adjustments to be made and a fired up SC team in the Springfield game. I think SC will go 1-1, but anything could happen.
  12. If DLs guards can handle MLK's pressure then the game should be close, if not the Royals could convert several turnovers into an easy victory.
  13. Heritage had the game of the year in the first match up and I think East over looked them a little bit. Expect the Indians to go inside early and often. Heritage plays hard, is well coached, and can shoot the lights out, but there is too much size and athleticism for the young patriots to withstand again. East Robertson by 9
  14. Lipscomb wins by 8. Brock was very solid in the post, and Lipscomb (especially Pharr) was able to knock down free throws in the fourth to hold off Greenbrier.
  15. Sycamore has been playing well lately. War Eagles by 14
  16. Sycamore will have to be on fire from beyond the arc, or Northeast and their post play will run away with the game. Northeast by 12
  17. The Blue Devils have too much size inside, WH by 14.
  18. Who were the standouts in this game? Any stats?
  19. If Station Camp's pressure is working, then it could be rough for Lipscomb to get the ball into Mayes and Brock. If Lipscomb's guards play well, then I would give the edge to Lipscomb. This should be an exciting game, that comes down to the final minutes.
  20. Will Levering and Ladd be playing for Tuesday? They will only have a day or two of practice.
  21. Greenbrier and SC play different styles of defense, but they both hustle and have a solid D. On the other side, Sycamore is a team that can put points up quick, though they shot poorly againgst SC, they can shoot the three as good as any team around. It should be a good game.
  22. Who were the standout players in this game and what happened with Jones?
  23. They should have a solid year and finish in the top 5 at least, but replacing Bates will be very difficult. Who will be starting at the point this year for SC? Also, how have they done in any scrimmages this year?
  24. Noel Smith from Cheatham County
