Richlands squat is a 3 rep squat and not a one time do all u can do. we have 7 guys over 225 on the power clean. 4 over 300 on bench.

I remember the game that yall were talking about. It was at GCHS. The 2nd meeting between the teams in the 2001-2002 season and Giles Co. won 101-41. I had heard there was some arguments at the game. I never knew for sure but I guess there were.

So you just want me to march down to the locker room after the game and tell everybody that the subs should have played more?

The starters for Richland played a great game while the other boys didn't get in as soon as some people thought they should. Keep playing team ball Richland and good things will happen.

Richland has several players who could make all region Corey Pickett, Shane Yokely, Tyler Ingram, Cody Taylor, Brock Dias, Justin Mitchell, Gabe Rardon. All these players did extrememly well this season. Richland prally won't get that many. Good luck Raiders against Camden tonight.

we went to camp at mtsu and come back proud because we were beating 5a schools wich im suren you cant say that because you quite. So i dont think you have to much room to talk on this kind of thing. if your so good why dont you come to richland and we will see just how terrible you really are. then we will predict and talk after were done whooping you and if you want some more then just keep talkin

Well you dont see to much of anthing anymore. We have a scrimmage today at loretto and if you think were going to be in last place then come out and watch. first game tuesday. East Literature a huge 2a school comes to play the best. Friday Summertown comes toplay the champs cause the champs are here.

I know a keeper who has started since her 8th grade year and she is in the 10th right now. She has some awesome saves. She's from Pulaski, Tn. She goes to Richland High School. Her and Her team was district 12A/AA 2003 and 2004 champions and this year they got second in district to Columbia Acadamy. I have to say if this girl keeps it up they'll be awesome for the next 2 years. GO RICHLAND RAIDERS

I doubt it will be quick and easy. Huge game, playoffs on the line for both schools. Richland wins but goes down to the wire. Good Luck to both teams.

listen up green man or whoever you are as a matter of fact richland has beat AA and AAA teams such as smyrna bradleycentral and giles county so just dont talk. i mean come on dude your from collinwood i mean yall havent been in a region tourney since mobey dick was a minner so shut the mouth son.

Of course everyone thinks thats the way the district will end up. Well we'll see because if im not mistaken richland beat chapel hill with a freshman pitching. Yall all just kill me when you leave Richland out. Im mean tell the truth ever since we came in from AA we have been the best. i mean tell me huntland tell me chapell hill how many disrict championships yall won. And all this talk about huntland wins when they need to "huh" thats why yall were sittin at home last year when your ace blew the game in the tourney.

Yesterday at Richland baseball field I saw one of the sorriest overall players that I have ever witnessed in my life. He is a disgrace to the game of baseball,not because of his performance but because of his character. He cried and acted like a prep leaguer, he embarresed not only his self but his family and team. Not only does he act like this in baseball but in every sport he plays. This kid even tried to start trouble at the store after the game with Richland ball players. I feel sorry for not only him and his team but his mother and father.That is all I have to say on this subject except Richland won 12-2,they will play again today at eagleville at 6:00.
