Didn't get to see the game but heard it was a good one. congrats to toby and brent on a game well pitched. hope to see a rematch in tourny next week.

When is the game between marion and ER going to take place? Talk is that marion wants the game in the Pounder Classic to count, but a tourny game can't count as a district game can it???

Hey 123kid Grundy is going to end both games in 5 innings beating Marion by at least 10. If brent is pitching tuesday he's really going to help toby look good to the scouts from the Indians. His' fastball looks like it belongs in a middle school game and Grundy is going to make Ted go to bullpin early. Del i'm pretty sure Jody will send the best of the best to umpire the games. Grundy won tonight beating Livingston Acd. 4 to 3 in seven innings Dustin Fults was the winning pitcher. Jackets won the game in the bottom of the 7th when Michael hit a double into right center and then pinch runner Kegan Christian took his place at second. Then catcher Kyle Brewer hit a game winning double to the same place as Michael and scored Christian from second to win the game. Sorry about not having any other stats, but I got there late

HHSGolf05, to have missed the pushing in the back you would have to have been bathroom it was clearly seen by everyone. Just ask #12 if he did and he'll tell truth if he knows how to. if he can talk after the kid from Bledsoe busted is mouth a few weeks ago. severs him right the way he talk to other player. And Grundy was on their own side in warm ups Hixson Crossed. You said Grundy were sore losers what's up with the poor sportmenship from Hixson fans booing when Grundy ran out it not Elem. School any more even though that's about their education level at Hixson. Seeing they have to get in the faces of the elderly and yell at them to make them fell good. Where's the respect for them.

hey HHSGolf05. first thing first. you have to go back to before the game ever started. something you might have missed. During warm up after Grundy had run out and doing lay ups. Hixson's team came out for their run out and came across half court( #12, 32,and 42) and started pushing the Grundy players in the back. which if the refs would have been out there Hixson would have started the game with 3 T's on them already! But they weren't. And that is something Leon Rash will have to take up with them because at least one ref is to be on the floor when the teams run out. By the way the NFHS (TSSAA) rule book stats if a ref can determine from which team's fans throw an object onto or at the play surface than that team is given a tech. foul which did not happen either. which caused Grundy fans to get mad even more. This not the first time something like this has happened at Hixson this year. Other teams have had trouble such as Bledsoe Co. ,Seq. Co.,and Walker Valley. So it sounds to me there is something wrong at Hixson. And HHSGolf05 a coach from Grundy was hit a Hixson fan after the game. And Grundy plays Marion tonight so go Grundy AND Hixson WE'LL SEE YOU AT THE DISTRICT

It is a toss up between Grundy Co. , Bledsoe Co. and Tyner Acd. what are your thoughts.

to all the coaches out there you better be careful how you run the score up. gene said "I the score continue to be run up that TSSAA will adopt the running clockrule". the running clock rule states once a team is ahead by 35 points the clock will run for the rest of the game. So one more coaches be careful.
