Correct, Bryce Wallace throwing to Jay Howard and Tre Crutcher this next season is a dangerous combination to think about, thrown in running back liggett Hightower coming back as junior next season... People that aren't MC followers really don't know how much talent Marshall is working with. Still won't be easy to get back to semis and beat a Fulton, Greenville or Cathloic but I don't see anyone slowing em down in Middle TN.

Hence why they have a new coach... Y'all beat the worse Giles team in 8 years nice job man. Good Luck to Forrest next season might be hard to top that 10-2 season thou.!

This is Giles coach thread so leave the Forrest and Marshall County out and let the bobcats be excited about their new old guy coming back and them being competitive again. Also don't be dogging on MC being in the Semis when Forrest was put out in the second round and yalls head coach is hunting a exit faster than OC is a tax guy.

Yes I really liked the post you made and boowho has been one of those haters, yelling about kids transferring in to Marshall County and calling our coach a crook when he is one of the most respected around, if he doesn't think so he should just ask those that have a clue from Giles County. I think you was spot on in that post BPM, kids want to come be part of something good and winning. If they do it by the book according to T$$AA and their parents are willing to sacrifice moving them then I see no problem with it.

What coaches? I could care less what coaches like Turchetta who certainly have their own problems and character issues to worry about... Putting two bird fingers up in the air as he left the field after a loss to MC...Maybe him and the other coaches should care more about their team and players and they too would have kids wanting to come play for them instead of their players having a mid season boycott rally of their coach. The wingt works right now for them with no true QB and their Defense would've been turned around in the first year under the Kriesky twins, former state champion Oakland assistant and current Forrest head coaching as the Head man and twin bro that is the current Riverdale D Co and Drivers Education guru as second in command, this Twin Tandemn could've got bobcats back in the hunt fast in 4A.

So let me get this right, now that Coach Kriesky withdrew himself as a finalist for the job at Giles you are saying the word you are hearing is that he couldn't go compete fairly with Marshall County because they are stealing players illegally from Giles County? Kriesky is a very smart Coach and person, I don't know him personally but have heard he is a extremely hard worker and according to you truth2008 is by far the best coach Forrest has had since the Nathan Bedford days. But if I had to bet I would guess he wasn't to happy when the director of schools told him that he couldn't bring many assitants with him because there just isn't spots for them. Maybe he got told that he would have to use a bunch of the former staff and he did not want them... Just guessing. But I would say since Kriesky has been at Oakland in the big boro football league before that kids transferring from this school to the next or to that rival had nothing to do with his decision to withdraw his name since kids do that up there every week and sadly it's the norm. Remember thou that young Wallace went to school with these Giles kids from Kindergarten til 8th grade and some of them may just see how much fun he is having playing football at that cheating low down garbage dump place of Marshall County High School and it's possible that their parents choose to do what Bryces did and get them out of the Giles program that isn't to fun to play at right now. But I bet it's all rumors and kids talking trash cause a coaching change is happening. Maybe those kids that are telling people they are moving had their feelings hurt cause they wanted Coach Blair to be their head coach again. Who knows? That a way to avoid the real issues and tough questions, keep on putting that big front that GC is a big time job. Maybe this new coach whoever it might be will keep you on call unlike ol Walt did. We can't wait to hear how great the hire is when it's announced.

Will the new HBC be able to create teaching spots for the assistant coaches? I've heard many say those spots just aren't there to bring a full staff, maybe two and three spots max, those being math and sceince. It's hard to find quality coaches that teach those subjects, not saying it's impossible but it seems like it sure would be easier to have PE, drivers Ed, lifetime wellness and even History spots to offer your top assistant coaches. Also how does GCs suppmlents compare to other counties? Is the basketball and baseball coaches fully on board with rebuilding the program and understand it takes the schools top athletes to play multi sports to do so? There are many questions for someone to consider before taking this job and big challenge. GC has been very successful in years past so it has to be possible for them to get back to winning consistently and I hope they do get back to it, the Marshall County rivalry is way more fun when both teams are solid... And trust me MC is just getting started in their programs rebirth. Good luck to GC on the new hire.

They will Mash PC upfront just like they did FC,MC and even the DC redskins. If anyone thinks line advantage is going to PC in this one then you are crazy. Speed yea I could believe that PC could have em in overall team speed but it won't be close upfront and I've seen both teams play.
