Run and gun... That's the name of the game for Giles County. It's a shame too because they could be so much better than they are if they just had a few set plays. I have NEVER seen Shay Shannon come off of a screen and shoot a 3. There are no set plays for Tyler either. Again, it's a real shame to waste that much talent, and that's what won them the championship last year...not coaching!

Without question the best dunk I've seen all year is when Tyler Smith dunked on the entire Bradley Central team. It was incredible!!

I wonder why the coach doesn't step in and talk with Tyler. It's obvious that everyone sees that he plays when he wants to. Isn't that supposed to be part of the coach's job? Giles County runs no plays to get Tyler isolated or posted up, nor do they run any picks for Shay Shannon to come off of and shoot. I am a Giles County fan but it really upsets me when I see teams like Bradley that are so well coached with not as much talent as Giles County, yet they win game after game. Streetball may work to an extent on weak divison teams, but when you get up with the big guys you need to be organized and have a gameplan. Just a few thoughts there, now I'll get off my soap box.

Lewis doesn't even have a chance. The tough tournament play that Giles County had will make them even better. I feel sorry for their district opponents.

I have no idea where to get any stats. It will probably be two days before they post it on the arby's web site. And why isn't The Tennessean reporting and giving scores on the game? There hasn't been anything about the tournament in the paper since it started!

Does anyone know where you can hear the game at? I know you can watch it from the arby's site but there's no sound.

I think this one is too close to call. Hopefully Giles County will pull it out this time. Great defense is a must if the bobcats hope to have a chance. I only wish I could see this one in person too. This will be top notch High School Basketball, Guranteed!

Giles County played a really good game against Irmo. They would have won by 10-15 points if they would have hit half of their FT's. Anyways...Now the rematch with BC. What a great game this will be!!
