just curious Turner seem to start of with a bang - haven't heard much about him lately - I thought we'd be hearing more about him - what is up????

WHOA! this kid is top of the line! I saw his dunk and it was immmmmmmpressive!!! What is his height??? Didn't look like they used him in the post enough - what is the deal?? I saw him shooting during warm ups - good shooter - can he dribble? Might make some college an awesome guard. He is a rebounding machine - Could be interesting 3 years for LHS with this young man.

Can anyone tell me what schools the Liberty Magnet starters came from last year? And who is their coach? He is doing a good job for having a first year team. Thanks!

After seeing some of the games locally around Jackson. I'd have to say at this point, your top 3 are accurate and maybe add Liberty in the top 4 to 6, but after that the competition is fairly weak. Bolivar - Southside - Humboldt have excellent chances at going to the state. Liberty is actually quite a surprise - new team and new coach - they are tough, but probably are not state contenders.

Depends on who you play . I agree Buzz is lost on talent - my prediction is he won't be long at UT - he better look into hooking up with MJ once again in a business venture!

last nite they started off like they were going to rip lexington apart - then they just fell apart about the end of the 1st period. after a lexington dunk - they just seem to go into tail spin - crowd was completely out of it - i have watch them play for a couple of years and i think you are right - they don't have the same talent or height --- but they do seem to have some quickness - they stole the ball several times but didn't finish at the other end - shot alot of 3's and struggled big time

Is Milan just playing poorly or are they just having a down year?
