  1. did this exceed their 20 dates? and why isn't coach Bray or Fiscus up in arms about this incident?
  2. these are both very good wrestlers, however there are 30 other wrestlers capable of beating either of these two this weekend. If the two do make it to the finals, I will go with Minwell.
  3. Harpeth has a 145 named Wesley Freeman
  4. 103 ? 112 ? 119 Plunk/ Green may get best match 125 Bundy 130 Cook 135 Fox 140 Gosney pulls upset 145 Jones but cox/brooks best match of this wt class 152 Johnson 160 Hebda /Shingler finals 171 any one of the top 5 seeds 189 Weakley 215 Brooks Hvw Laura Brant( just had to do that)
  5. That's funny, that's what my coach used to say.
  6. hey kkw how did nw get 2nd @171?
  7. Payton, Wesley is @ 130 with a bye first round, Arien James is @ 125 as 2nd seed, Joe Green is @ 119 also 2nd seed. Wes should be at a more competitive weight for him next year, just the years experience of the others got the best of him this time around. What school ya @ and are you still on the mat?
  8. I'm 100% sure of it, I remember when Mike wrestled with that big pillow brace on his leg. As for some rivalries, Adrian Norfleet and John Michael Garrett from Father Ryan was always a fun match to watch though I never saw FR win that match up, and John is an attorney now I believe. CHS 91 you were 2 years behind me I was @ 103 what weight did buzzy have you?
  9. I'm pretty sure that Father Ryan didn' wrestle CHS in 2004 state duals either.
  10. Shingler 171 is going to be real tough in region 7 especially with four of the top six ranked plus DCHS and yourself. this should be an interesting region good luck to all 13 days and counting. Also your 35 lber I belive should have a decent shot at a trip to McKenzie.
  11. The score was 0-0 in the second period.
  12. when are regional duels, from my under standing only one team from each region goes to Clarksville for state duals or am I wrong? This small school stuff has become rather confusing for the non-small schools.
  13. I believe the kids have realized that their actions were unacceptable, and after their punishment and ordeals afterward have hopefully learned their lessons and have grown from them. As each of us in life have made mistakes we are neither proud of nor wish to relive, we should at least look at this as life long learning experiences, even for those not involved. Life doesn't come with an instruction book, so we learn from our own, and if wise, others experiences. Let us all hope that in the future if these young men and all who have had at least a passing interest in these events who face a confrontational event in work or in life, that they take the knowledge from this and apply, at least, what not to do.
  14. hey scooby, Bird was hurt prior to your match although you were winning handily at the time of the Injury Deefault, make no mistakes he was quite hurt prior to the match. Hence the knee brace. My advice to you is to practice hard if you want to be the best.
