i've wrestled in many tournaments that Mr. Fiscon has contolled and I have been real impressed with the way he works them and handles them i think he's exactly what TN wrestling needs. His website is incredible. I dont know of any other region that has pictures of place winners like he does. I'm glad he does it and I think it is real cool.

I'm going to have to go with FRA on this one. Great wrestlers, exellent coaching, very good program. I hope they bring it home.

Region 6 individuals will be @ Overton on Feb. 11th & 12th, I have no idea were duals will be at.

I looked at your sons bracket and it was a good tournament for him. I didnt decide on the best wrestler in the tournament b/c i myself wrestled in the tournament. But i do have to say that Jordan Yoder had a tuff championship match. His apponent placed in state last year as did he. I'm not sure if your son went to state or not but Yoders match deffinetly drew more attention than any other championship match.

I dont know how u can rank Pair (page) above Plunk (Harpeth) when Plunk killed pair in the final of the Harpeth tounament earlier this year. He had to of beaten him by more than 7 points at least.

I'm pretty sure that all the magnet schools will be there that includes, mlk, east lit., humm-fogg, and TSB all of these schools came last year. Antioch will probably be there as well. dont quote me on this i'm just remebering some of the teams that were there last year.

Well it's not like my bellevue days, But i think we can qualify 3 to 4 wrestlers, Taz is doing real well, he might be able to take u. We are very young team wise since we dont have any seniors.

Yeah but from what i hear they dont have many guys wrestling this year. Kind of a fall out year for the but they still have yoder and caples. How's wrestling at mccallie going?

Out of town teams that I know of so far are Bartlet and Bolton. East lit usually goes. I heard that CPA might me there not 100% on that. I'll know more after today. I'll try and let u know more when i find out.

Yeah Cordova's heavyweight is a monster. Very fast and strong too. He's going to be hard to beat.

clemons from glencliff and lowe from mcgavock are pretty solid at 152, 145 is looking solid as well with yoder from hillsboro, Johnson from east lit, watts from glencliff and suter from fra all former state qualifiers. 275 would have to be the easiest weight class in this region by far with 3 out of last years state qualifiers gone. the only remaining one is Moore from hillwood. Overton is tough at the lightweights and as well as their 215. Stratford has a very impressive 130. MlK has quality wrestlers in Hill and their 215. Hunters Lane as a good 130 or 35 i cant remember what wt. class he was in. Those are a few of the wrestlers who have caught my eye so far this season.

You still dont get what i am saying, a handful of hillwood fans ,about 6, said that hillwood was going to blow white house out. I can understand you wanting to rub it in their faces. But you made fun of the whole hillwood football team and the whole school. that is why i say do 6 people represent 1600+? I dont think they do. If you wanted to trash talk then you should trash the 6 people not the whole program. As for the student body tring to start somthing. I didn't see it but i'm sure if it did happen then is was classless and i'm sorry. Some people dont represent our school in the way it should be represented. And it isnt the hillwood program that is classless. It would be those students who came over their not the football team.

First off i'm not blaming anyone but ourselfs for us not showing up. I am saying that we are a good team so for you to say we are a 5-5 team in your region is ridiculous, due to the fact that we beat your #2 & #4 teams the past two weeks. I know our fans arn't the best but that's the world we live in this day. Maybe you got a little bit of a taste of what school is like at Hillwood or in Metro. I loved going out to white house and seeing a town like yours it's like a fresh breath of air from my perspective. Finally my last point is that everyone from white house acted with class except for yourself. You choose the low road and like you said earlier "it's trash Hillwood night" that is classless. I dont know who you are but you dont represent white house very well.

dandy82, I am a member of one if not the best football teams to come out of hillwood in their entire school history. That alone means a lot to me. We played 12 incredible games, that if you had seen any of them u would realize that the team that came to play a outstanding white house team was not the same as the team that played the 12 previous games. I will give credit where credit is due. White House outplayed us in every aspect of the game. There are several reasons as to why the same 12-0 hillwood team did not show up. Practices ending early due to people staying unfocused, players not coming to practice and finally our defensive leader dennis Peoples #3 out with a messed up ankle. No one stepped up to fill his shoes. No one realized how hungry White House would be to get that 13th win. For those who did realize it they knew it would be an act of God if Hillwood had won. I was very impressed with a lot of the white house fans after the game. As i made my way off the field they say things like "great season guys" and none of them were making fun of what had previously happened. You however have lowered my respect for white house. To say that we are horrible is outragious when just a week before we knocked off the #2 team in your region an udefeated Stratford team. and the week before that Northwest. You have taken this way too far. I looked around after the game and saw those seniors that have put in tons of hard work towards this season. Those seniors do not deserve the kind of blatant attacks that you have been posting about our football team. Some may but those do not. Even though u have lowered my view of White House and their Football team u have not ruined it. The good outweighs the bad. I wish Their football team the best and I hope that they will not be satisfied with what they have accomplished like our team that was satisfied with beating Stratford and going to the Quarterfinals, Because thats all we did was just go. I'm sick of your slanderous posts towards my football team. Who's your team by the way? For some unperceived reason you shy away from telling the world who you like. Why is this??? I think it's because your to timid and frightened of what people might say to you. There are a good amount of region 6 teams that show up such as, east lit., stratford, mlk, glencliff, lipscomb, mcgavock. A few others that came last year are bartlett, cheatnam co., Dickson co., Bolton, harpeth, one hopkinsville team. Last years tourney was the largest it's been in a long time. 6 mats and we even had a 7th one ready just in case we started to get behind.
