Is Coffey getting recuited by anyone wrestling or football?

At some weights in some regions (103 Region 7 I think) there are only 3 wrestlers therefore one of those boys wrestled once and lost and is still wrestling. It is a painfully unfair how our regions are broken down. Region 6 has one of the hardest regions with FRA, Overton, Franklin, Indy, Brentwood, and Ravenwood. While region 7's(just an example) top teams are Glencliff and Antioch we need to move to a better system because some region's 5th place guys would do much better at state than other region's 2nd place guys.

Is the seeding meeting over?

Is it just me or does someone every year get on here and make this same thread?

This is only simi related but does anyone know where I can get a breakdown of the region duels? I know the results but I have not seen anything as far as match by match. Does this exist somewhere on the site I missed?

All the other regions are going on and on about the seeds. Lets get ours going. Who are the top 4 at each weight?

The way you put this is that Chattanooga has some seriously loyal fans. To them snow is not an issue and neither is distance.To them if Baylor and Soddy were wrestling for the state championship in Alaska then they would still show up. If this is true than there is no reason that the tournament should not be moved. If it was in Nashville those same Chattanooga fans would still be there with the addition of all those in the middle of the state and the rest of Tennessee. Plus there is always a need for a bigger gym.

2" of snow makes it hard for those of us who do not have a dog in the fight to make our way there.

I do think that Nashville has a large enough fan base to support the State Duels or Individual State.

Ah well who was the 120 at McCallie? I am sure all the private schools that were at McCallie duels would love to provide for Luster.

It was the 120. I believe at McCallie Hoop pined Sims but from what my dad said he was a completly different wrestler this weekend. Everyone has said that Hoop had to fight for everything he got and the score does not reflect the actual match. Congrats to both these young wrestlers.

Brennen is just Brennen or Cox. Smiley is Chris Hoop 120 from Brentwood Middle/Praetorian/Copperheads. lbhiii is Chris's father.
