  1. TSSAA is an organization of "schools". Schools are headed by administrators. The "Board of Control" and the "legislative Council" set the rules...in other words principals across the state make these rules, not the "people" at TSSAA.....The people at TSSAA just enforce what the member schools want as their rules. When rules are changed you must go through the people on the board. There is a list on the web site. There must be enough schools that want a change before there can be a change.

Let me see, taking an Oneida team that played a varsity schedule with a good JV team last year who went into district seeded 5th....and transforming those sophomores into a junior/sr. team and bring them along to enter this year as a 4th seed...........yea, that is coach of the yr in my book..go Indians!
