There are players that have more GBs and more goals and more assists than Brakebill, so I don't know if the GBs are going to help. Granted Mccallie has played a lot of hard teams those numbers don't seem like enough to help him. The only other middy competing with Brakebill in stats has more points and only 17 less GB, and he is a junior. So we will see.

Webb scored 14 seconds into the game, but didnt score until the third quarter I think. I saw Regan running off the field holding his elbow in the end of the third and they put their #2 goalie in. Cahill definately had a good game.

There will be three, and Brakebill is a given. Will there be a chance for a goalie or defender to get it, are there any that are good enough to get it? The All-American's have usually been the best offensive players so that would be the top three offensive players.

The Webb School is probably the only team not graduating seniors this year, but I don't know if that will mean anything. Mccallie is going to get hit pretty hard with a huge portion of their starters graduating, MBA isn't losing any significant players except Regan, CBHS is losing most of their offense and defense, USN is losing Brittingham, MUS is losing Gillespie and some defense, but a lot of the teams aren't going to look too different next year.

Everyone knows that Burns, Brakebill, Gibson, Gillespie, Regan, and Baucome are all the best in the state, but who is right below them and will replace them next year? I guess it is late enough in the season to ask.

Is that the only shut-out so far this year?

Wrong team, USN got beat 4-12. CHBS got shut out, that is domination.

So it is based on skills? Would that mean Cordova and Franklin/Centennial have a good chance of becoming DI and few DI teams having a chance of getting demoted in the next few seasons?

My apologies, I was just making an assumption. If thats the case, it will definatly help in the game. MBA and MUS are both solid teams, but from what I have heard it just seems that MUS may be too much for MBA to handle, though I would definatly like to see MBA win this one.

Brentwood definatly out played us in the first half, and that first half was definatly the worst half Webb has played this season. It was still a good game that wasn't decided until the final minutes.

What is special about Andrew Barge? Just looking at stats depot, it seems he has only played in the games MBA has killed the other team, and he still hasn't had more than 4 points. Maybe MBA kept some of their main starters in, but his numbers don't seem to say much.

I think that if MBAs other two attackmen(caroland and cahill) step up, they can eaily take McCallies defense. McCallies defense does not seem as strong MBA's, of course they are decent, but any decent offensive player can take their D guys and ditch it when the slide comes. Also, with the exception of Brakebill, McCallies middies aren't anything special either, so if the MBA's middies cut, they should be able to score. Burns does not have to be a factor and MBA can still win.

USN beat Webb 11-9, very good game. Webb had a big come back after the 1st quarter when we were down 6-1. USN came back in the 4th with 3 goals to finish the game. Quality of defense and offense for both teams varied a lot throughout the game, but overall well played. Good game USN.
