This was hands down the best game I have seen in years. So many plot lines... from CHS not being able to hit a shot (3s or layups) in the first half, falling down by as many as 19, to mounting foul trouble in the second half and into overtime. Then you have Isaiah going coast to coast in under 6 seconds while East Hamilton had 2 fouls to give to tie it in regulation. Finishing it off with numerous players making clutch plays, finalized by the Hurst steal and layup as time expired. It was crazy fun to watch. Congratulations Coach McCowan and the Boys in Blue.

Still not sure how a graduate from a particular school can ref that school's games.

Cookeville and Rhea

If East Hamilton defends and rebounds tonight like they did in the semis, It will be a dog fight with Bradley. We had absolutely no answer for their athleticism.

They did. Second leading scorer was out that game. It was also before Abbey Davis went down with season ending injury.

Rhea is good enough to beat anyone on any given night. Probably have the best guard in the region.

Region will be played at whoever wins District 5.

Saturday they play at Stone. That game will tell alot.

Alot of work to do to seal 2nd. Just gotta keep getting better and focus on the process.

No rules during AAU season about the limits of players for high school or middle school.

Clevelands Boys defeated Bradley in the belated championship game in a tremendous atmosphere.

You make some valid points nono but when both coaches think it would be best for their programs not to play a game, upsetting a few people probably doesnt matter. I look forward to meeting you Friday.

Every player got a $15 pair of socks. Every coach got a long sleeve pullover. 1st and 2nd place get a plaque. Nobody from Siegel or Demopolis including the coaches for both teams really cared. There only seems to be one person with a major issue. If it was about the money the game would have been played but its bigger than that. Best of luck to both Bradley and Cleveland heading into next Friday. It should be an all out war. I sure cant wait to see it.

Tournament is only 3 years running. It takes time to grow the quality.

Siegel, Demopolis, Cleveland, and Bradley were all really good teams. Very entertaining games. St Joseph girls are as good or better than any team we have played all season and we have played Oakland, Cumberland, Ensworth, Campbell County, Grainger, Oak Ridge, Cookeville, Northwest Whitfield, and East Hamilton. Everyone in attendance got their money's worth. Next Friday will be a great showdown between Bradley and Cleveland.
