i think you shouldnt be forced to play on the school team b/c there is way better competition in the USSSA or GNABA. I think the summer school league should not be forced to the players but a decision.

He does not play for Nashville Attack any more our team broke up 2 years ago. Now he is playing forNashville Sabres. This kid has potential he will be the next David Price if not better. Good luck to you Todd. Cody p

Can you use wood bats in a game?

Any takers on Harpeth High Freshman team. A Freshman that throws low 80's and Two Freshman who throw low to mid 80's. Sidearm pitcher who hits spots consistently that throws mid 70's. Powerful line up with good hitters from 1 to 9. Defense is great fast outfield. Great middle infield that turns every ball they get a chance. Good 1st base that has great picks. Good catcher with 1.9 to 2.1 pop to second with good blocking. And Great depth in pitching. Still seeking a 3rd baseman though. But great team 13-2 (loses to David Lipscomb, and Columbia who have fresh, soph, junior on JV team) But went undefeated in district.

3-2 HARPETH WINS DISTRICT TITLE! Gann stuggled at first then came back and pitched a great ball game with a 2 run HR. Then Anderson came in to close the game with bases loaded 2-1 count 1 out in bottom of 6th inning(3-1), he ended up walking the guy and the score went to 3-2. Harpeth didnt score in the top of the inning. Then a breath taking win for harpeth as Anderson strikes out the last batter of the game

Hands down to Golden Tate he is the most athletic baseball player ive ever seen great arm, exploding power, and his speed is unbelievable our coach timed Rafeal Furcal on a left handed drag bunt to first at 3.6, then he came back up and timed Golden at 3.7. AS A 14 YR OLD. He was the MVP of the BPA and USTOC world series which both of our teams won. He played for Twitty City Stars led the team in HRS (5), BA.624, SB (37), 3B (11) . I would look forward to him being All-American in football, and Baseball this KID HAS GAME----Stewart Little (inside joke)
