Red bank shows you what having a good coach means. It also shows you that you dont have to have a dominating pitcher to win. The whole team won those games with great fielding and hitting. Red bank plays with heart and determination, and it got them the championship. Their coach , I will bet , will have the next generation of players ready. If not this up coming year, surely by the next.

Maybe you could add 18U Brentwood Blues to the list. I am not sure who is on the team this year. Also, Eric Brewer has a top level team 18U team that was formed just this year. They should be good but probably not on the same level as the Frost falcons, Austin Eagles, or Nighthawks. Could be wrong about that last statement.

Who is the pitcher for Hickman County? Who pitched for Brentwood against Hickman county?

I remembered a few others: Add Mary Sloan, Katie Goade, Sammy Simon, Kelsey Woodruff, Megan Williams, Sammy McCambell, to the list of top hitters. Not in the paper but another good hitter would be the catcher for Blackman , and JP Edwards both are good players and pretty far up on the list of batting averages too. Also I need to note the pitcher mentioned above as being 3rd in K's would be Sammy McCambell not Sammy Simon.

( These stats were listed in the Tennessean on Sunday) Well I would think the most dominating pitchers with the best stats like: Most K's : Falon Catalano Cat Hosfield Sammy Lowest ERA: Falon Catalano Cat Hosfield Darcy Gilbert And of course and more importantly the players with the highest stats like batting averages : They were listed in the paper just this Sunday I believe they were: Falon Catalano, K. Lyons , Anglica Wade, Tiffany Smith, Jackie West, ect.... I know there were a few others but I cant find the Tennessean from Sunday and I am going on memory. Priority should be given to Juniors and Seniors , just my opinion

I'll tell you who holds the best camps, it is the coaches at Tennessee Tech and UT Martin. There you get a lot of one one instruction and the camps are worthwhile. Club K camps are fantastic too.

Soddy, Riverdale, Beech and Brentwood can play with anybody. It is my opinion that one of these teams will win state. Good luck to all.

Kim was one of the most outstanding pitching instructors I have ever encountered. She has a unique talent for connecting with young people and teaching the art. Unfortunately, she has left the Nashville business and moved out of town, somebody told me Chicago. ( ???) I cant tell you what happened but I will say, Club K has rules and has set high standards concerning what an instructor does inside it's walls and outside of it's walls as well. Working with young girls and being a role model brings on a huge responsibility. Kim is an outstanding young lady, but she made a mistake and Club K and she parted ways. I am very sad about it, and I am sure all of us will miss her. If somebody else wants to supply details, fine , but it is not going to be me. I respect her a lot and that is all I want to say.

Maybe you know your kidding, maybe everybody knows in the stands you are kidding but young lady on the mound may or may not. Do you know how embarassing it is to throw a wild pitch anyway without some jerk in the stands yelling stuff like that? No wonder the coach was furious! Loud comments are always unsportsmanlike.
