Does anyone know where the Tournament is going to be at and about what dates???

I missed the game cause of school. Who won the game and what happen. Want details please.

Here is what I think about this. If the Lady jackets want it bad enough they will get it. I know that for a fact, because I use to play basketball for Carman. She is a good coach and she has some good ball players on the team this year. I was on the sub-state team my freshman year. I remember that she put me in with 6 secs. left on the clock because Dyer fouled out. I was so scared to go in, but I did it any way. Brown gave me the ball wanting me to take it up the court. I gave it back, because she was older and know what to do with the ball. Then she gave it back and I shot the ball (I think) it did not go in, but atlease I got to shoot the ball. We was just down by like 10 maybe less I blocked the score out of my mind so i dont remember. That was the closes I ever got to the state. So maybe this group can bring it home. Since that year was not able. GOOD LUCK LADY JACKET I WILL BE THERE CHEERING U ON

Does anyone know if Wartburg's player is okay? He got hurt @ Coalfield with 4 sec. left of the 4th and was on the floor for a very long time. I just wanted to know if he was okay.

Well I don't know much about this team in it but CAK and Midway and CAK is already out of it. As for midway they are just going on lucky. I think goodpasture will win it just going by the win/loss ranking.

Thanks CYjacket for cheer for us and not Wartburg. I hope that you will be there for the tour. at Rockwood(I think that is were it is at).

What district 4A schools do you think will come out on top? I think that it will be a dog fight from start to finish. All the teams are almost done with the district games and Friday the coaches go to see who they will be playing in the tour. I beleive that all the games will be interesting and all the people that can should came to the games. Sunbright has been playing good this week and last week. Rockwood has a great fielding team. If you hit the ball they will catch it most likely. As for Coalfield they have been playing good also as long as the pitchers are pitching the ball and not walking people, the infield is stopping all the balls that they can to get the out and the outfield is catch the balls too.

Hey Ro, How about we just have a quick practic and have a quick one Friday. That way you have one long one if you put it together. We can have batting practic today and infield Friday. That sounds like a great plan to me. Knowing that I can't hit the ball except in the air. I think that I have a hole in my swing said the movie Mr.Baseball and that is what dad thinks also. How do you think the Lady Jackets played againts the Lady Waves? I think that we did okay after we started hitting the ball. Both of the pitchers did good Maresa Sexton came in the top of the 5th (I think) with no outs and 2 people on base. She had 4 or 5 k's in that game and the final score was 9-6 Coalfield.

rSquared, How did you know that I was a player. That was a pretty good guess. Do you know who the player is. As for the game talk we have a big game coming up Monday if it does not rain us out against Oakdale. I hope that are bats are going that day and gloves.

I have to give Coalfield credit for making that GREAT comeback on Harriman. That was one of the best comebacks that I have seen all year long. They was down the bot of the 7th by 3 but they need 4 runs to win the game. With 3 runners on the bases and Brandy Burress up to bat she hits all 3 in leaving her on 3rd base. With 2 outs Casey Jackson comes up to and Harriman's coach tells the pitcher to walk her and the next batter. Hoping to strike out Megan Ink with 3 runners on. But his plan do not work out thier pitcher could not throw a strike because of throwing 8 stright balls on purpose. So Burress makes it home and gets the winning run for the Coalfield Lady Jackets. The score been 13-12
