JCHS is 15 minutes from North Carolina state line. From Abington take 91 to Mountain City. School is on the left hand side of road just before entering town. Dont go thru Shady Valley, esp if you tend to get car sick.......

I agree because all of those teams have a chance for the title. If they all stay healthy and play hard.

It will be a good game for both teams because thay always have a hard game every year.

South and TH both inproved this year and they will a challange for all teams.

I Think JC will take this one because Smith and Brinker was out half of the game last year and still beat them. Smith runs twice as fast and Brinker hits twice as hard and they won't be sitting out this year.

Luck had nothing to do with it. They worked hard and succeeded in doing what jc press said they could not. Playoff are a long time off. injuries and all manner of things can happen. One thing that wont change is the score............. 20 to nothing. Please to be held to nothing is not luck. It is perserverance.... thumb

Johnson County played Sullivan South Rebels. Needless to say it was rebels 40 to nothing at the end of the first half.

How is it that in a freshman game that one parent was heard to say "If only they knew who they were playing." Is it Ok for Juniors to play in a scheduled freshman game. As these two parents were talking, they made it well known to anyone around them that they thought it was funny. I pesonally think it is rather low of them. A freshman game should be to test the skills of the youngest of the up coming players. Is it fair that kids who in some cases have never been on the field should have to face those who have had, in this case some who have had three years of experience. I bet anyone with any sense at all can answer that one. Unless you happen to be one of the parents who think it is funny that these sophomores and juniors are allowed to suit up against a group of freshman.
