Yea ok i got 1 coacht name that i really use and never said anything bout myself and another thing yea i had a bad game wow happens to everyone and yea i take the blame for it i dont have any excuses and dont let that game fool you i do have heart for the game of football i love the game and like i said i didnt show it friday no excuses but man i could sit here and argue back and fourth with you forever but im not going to i had a bad game o well i gotta forget about it and move on and i could go on and on about playin with injuries etc. but yea man just keep my name outta your mouth and goodluck to you at cumberland.

Fearbong ur kinda funny on here running ur mouth all the time about me why dont u just tell me to my face sometime instead of hiding behind these message boards and oh yea didnt play alot against coalfield due to not practicing all week and yea thats why i came off the field alot but yea i dont remeber being hurt at all. so next time before u get on here and run ur mouth know whats going on first

  6. because i lost close to 70 pounds in 7 to 8 months doing that but they key is to stick with it.
  7. showstoppa47, i just stopped eating junk like no chips, cakes, and junk like that and i dont drink anything but water and also i just starting eating alot of protein like tuna and stuff like that and i just cut my portion size of meals down and about my workout schedule i workout 2 to 3 times a day with the first one being at 6am and then if you are going to workout alot u need to take alot of protein in but also if you use heavy weight and more reps you burn more calories and the best thing to do is wake up early like 5 or 6 and go run or walk or whatever and then that will speed you metabolism all day and you should notcie some changes in not to long if you do that and stick to it.

LoL man you kinda funny and about the coacht id's naw thats family and friends on some of them but right now this is seth and i havent said anything about myself but i will say this tell me who you are and ill make sure to make u look like a fool on the field if u even play you probably just some wannabe who wishes they had the balls to play .
  10. i say wartburg (6-4 or 7-3), sunbright will win about 4 games and also oakdale and coalfield about the same (6-4 or 7-3)
  11. No i just hurt it again in the passing league because that monday before the passing league i dislocated it and strain the ac joint or something like that
  12. Im just running i got to wait another week before i start working out again because of the shoulder
  13. I say brandon davis will probably rush for 1000 or more
