MJ is traveling up East to play some very good teams and they hope it will help them come tourney time which it should BUT they better be worrying about Beech. I think it showed yesterday that MJ has only one pitcher......very good......but will not be able to carry them back to state this year! Not sure if MJ coach can stand losing like she will this year???I thought it was a slap at Riverdale saying there were enough good teams in the state instead of going to Fla to play......not sure if MJ wants much of Riverdale this year!!!

I don't think she was knock back 10ft. She has said that the girl never touched the plate and if you look at the picture she has her right leg crossed in a figure 4 and she is sitting on the plate. Besides blue called her safe and that is what we have to go by on the field but remember I am the one who had to ride back to Nashville with the player that as you said was knocked back 10ft. But like I said we need not focus on that play we need to be thanking Holly and Devon for a great pitching duel. I t was one I will always remember.

Well as the dad of the catcher that looked shock I will have to say it was real close as she was on the plate when the runner came across. But what was even closer was the pitching duel between 2 great pitchers. Ihave been around this game along time and have seen some of the best around TN. and I would rank this one right up there with the best.

Last week Goodpasture Softball won the 10th Annual O'Charley's Dinner of Champions High School Team Athletics Award and tonight they are being honored at the Nashville Predators for last years State Championship season. Congrats girls.

Goodpasture won both their games and I know Whitehouse beat Hendersonville 3-2

Did Peabody leave their 3 speedsters at home? I did not see a one of them break loose on Goodpasture but I did see 24&22 for Goodpasture bust some SWEET MOVES.
