If Lenoir City would have stayed in 3a...... man i would bet money that they would have been in the playoff hunt Top 4. I just cant see they competeing with maryville powell and central, I dont think they'll be able to get past clinton neither. I remember playing clinton a year or two ago and got rocked more than once. But with them being in 4a im seeing maybe a 4-6 5-5 season. Who all do they play outside of the region??

Not very good at all, but didnt they make the playoffs last year tho? They just dont have the athletes and they arent very well coached neither. What sorta stuff do you guys do in the weight room and do u guys do running and plyometrics and stuff like that?

Loudon knows exactly wut it takes to be able to play with the big dogs, just look at the region they came from, if i remember right they played fulton neck and neck last year. My vote is gonna go to em, good luck loudon!
