I believe Drew is the best quarterback in highschool, the problem last year was that an extra blocker in the back field, along w/ the ability to pound the defense on the ground was lacking. Even w/ this Drew still had an outstanding year. Again the battle is won in the trenches and the ability to mix it up (passing) w/ a strong running game pays big dividends in the fourth quarter when you have worn the defense down for three of them. Drew is a smart athlete and I believe he will have the best year yet.

I have said it before and will say it again, your running back is only as good as your guys in the trenches allow them to be. Boo's father will attest to this - and this is what he stresses to his son. Thats why he takes time to mention them and not to dwell on himself. He doesn't buy into all this hype, he is just a great kid looking to get an education through a sport he just happens to be very talented at! What makes him the best in Tenn. is the fact that he does play both ways the full game and is one of the few players that can turn what seems to be nothing into something. Yes he can be and is sometimes stopped, but this reverts back to the blocking he recieves from the trenches, he doesn't need much, just a crack!

I entered thru the visitor side and was asked if I would be going back out and if so that they had no way of knowing if I paid already. That seemed odd as to the fact that there was a whole role of tickets laying in plain view. In the regular season they gladly provided me w/ a ticket just for the purpose of leaving and returning. Not only that but has ne 1 heard of a stamp or sharpie. I also know that when we proceeded onto the field to form a tunnel for our team I thought I was going to be frisked by an officer at the gate leading to the field. Milan is by far one of the greater teams of h.s football, but I was less than impressed w/ the hospitality. My neice was there in support of her cousin and was wearing a Westview jacket, being as she is a cheerleader, and she commented on how rudely she was treated by Milan fans as well as people at the consession stand. Heck, why be rude to her, you did beat them twice.

I agree totally G.B. You would think that a former athlete that made it big would want to contribute to a program that contributed to them being where they are today. I know he had alot to do with it, but there were fans and coaches and alumni that were pulling, praying, cheering, and supporting him all the way. It could make for a nice tax write off as well. As for UTM- I just put numerous dollars worth of material and time in on a new field house that Westview doesn't even have access to. Thats not to mention the basketball arena located behind the field house being totally restored for historical purposes. They could definitely do something w/ the field.

When it comes right down to it, it's not the coaches that win the game, nor the players, but instead a combination of the two. Having said that, it also takes talent from the coaching staff and players along with good line of communication between the two. GO BIG BLUE!

Time and time again you people have been asked not to degrade a certain player by name, yet you insist on it! That shows real maturity, lay off the haterade and if you can't give Boo(aka Phillip Weathers) a little respect, then you don't deserve the privilidge of his name even entering your infinite mind! Dude, get a clue---- not only is Boo the best back on the H-Town Stangs, he is definitely one of the top 3 in the state. If he would have gotten the carries that he deserved he could have easily had 2000 yds. and maybe more. Now I am not saying that Guy didn't deserve recognition, he is a great back, just don't dog someone else out because he didn't get the nod. I have nothing against the Chargers, I have a niece thats a cheerleader there and my brother, sister, and myself all attended school there, but my son plays for H-Town and thats where my heart is. All 4 of my children are Stangs or Fillies and I couldn't be more proud to be part of such a great program w/ such strong community support. So in closing, please don't call out an individual players name and degrade him, unless you are willing to come out from behind a screen name. thumb

If you come down 79 take a left the first traffic light you come to, this will be 218 by-pass. Follow it until you come to the next traffic signal, you will go through three 4-way stops before you get to the traffic signal. Turn left at the traffic signal and follow 79 to Mckenzie and you will see an exit for Huntingdon. Follow 22 south 'til you come to the 4-way in H-Town and turn left, go to the third 4-way stop and take another left, go about a mile and Mustang Drive will be on the left. If you prefer I-40 go to page two or three of this thread and I posted directions from that way. Good luck.

Come on now, you gotta know who the K-Train fan is. Everyone else in H-TOWN knows. Even the ones that wrongly accuse me of being catspaw, fatback, or who knows what? Evidently there could only be one person that could be a fan of the K-Train, at least according to certain posters that tend to get on coach-t. Like $guy$ that once qouted "Kegan isn't even one of the top ten players on the team." Haven't heard much from him of late. But maybe he just hides under a different alias-- like mustang4life or something like that . Anyways, now that I have had my fun, and because the K-Train has mentioned you as one of the best, not to mention craziest players he has ever played with-I will tell you. I am K-Train sr. Are you attending school anywhere and if so are you still playing with the pigskin?

All night, special teams too. He also played dt against Mckenzie. Double teamed during most of both games, but that just leaves some one else open to make the kill and thats fine w/ him just as long as he is helping the team. Take 40 west to exit 108 @ Parkers Crossroads. Turn right on 22 north through Clarkesburg ( be careful and obsevre speed limit from crossroads to clarkesburg- major speed trap) to Huntingdon. Take first Huntingdon exit to first 4-way and turn right. Go about 1 mile to Mustang Drive on left. Or you can go to www.mapquest.com and enter your starting point and destination and print it out. It wouldn't tell you about the speed trap though. thumb

Not only is he the second string fullback, but he also played defensive tackle all night, weighs only 185, and was surely tired being as he was double teamed most of the night. GIVE HIM SIX!

Kegan (The K-Train) Ball on H-Town Stangs. Smashes folks from the f/b position and played d/t against Mckenzie. Totally insane considering he only weighs in at 185 lbs. Kid has crazy strength.

This post has just caused me to believe that you are either a camden lion or a dresden lion for the simple fact that you stated, "please keep doing the things you guys are doing because you'll make my team look really good in the playoffs." Now since it would take an act of congress for us to meet Dresden, you would have to be from Camden. Second of all I don't down grade any kid on here, regardless of there performance. As a matter of fact I think you would be crazy to take Baker off of defense. Third of all, I said it before, I speak what I think and don't hide it behind some silly alias, why else would I pick such an obvious name to go by! Every one knows K-Train so who else would it be . And as far as I am concerned and a few others who are less inclined to say, He is by far the best fullback. He might not be the fastest, but a fullbacks job is not to be a halfback.
