Coach Helton is one of the finest coaches in the state of Tennessee. I know he has won at least 1 state title while he was in Chapel Hill. He has done a good job for the 7 years he has been in Lewis Co. As for Coach Fite, it will take him some time to bring Hampshire back up to compete but I think he will be able to do it. I think he will be a solid coach and should bring some success to Hampshire in the future. Lewis Co has been hoping for another shot at GP. We got blown out a couple of years ago at GP so LC will be ready to return the favor. The Panther "D" will have to step up in a big way against an always talented Goodpasture offense. Coach McConnell will have them ready. Willie and Mason will be chomping at the bit for a chance to disrupt the Cougars. LC's offensive will be ready to go to. The Fantastic Four (Crowell, Tenison, Lawson and Mathis) will run the ball with ease I think. Lewis Co will prove that hard work will overcome that Goodpasture recruiting. Crowell 4 Heisman!!

No Justin Sparkman is the one that got kicked off the team in middle school. He also got kicked off the high school team as well. Darshay Sparkman still plays and is doing a great job this year. Crowell and Tenison for Heisman!

Congrads to LC's coach McConnell. He coached one heck on a game on defense. The "D" for LC played very well. Tenison,Mathis, and Lawson all ran hard and never quit. Lewis Co's defense played a very good game. Hinson and Couch were after tha qb all night 2nite. Crowell was there on every play jus about. The O-line dominated from start to finish. Big Will and Stove really took control of the game. Lawson and Mathis hit the holes and had some nice runs. Nice overall game for the Panthers. Crowell still gets my vote for Heisman!
