Point taken for this year, even if North Side isn't their typical self. Look back over the last 10 years, who have they typically played out of region. Until the last 2 or 3, it was a mighty weak schedule. You can't deny that. You also will have to admit the guaranteed 9 wins regular seasons are over.

2 points: 1. I was lucky if grass was on our field by mid October when I played, and that was the late 90s. 2. I was traveling with some people past Miami, Ohio's stadium about three years back and they made a comment about it. I was with a few guys from Texas and it was hard for us not to laugh because this thing was tiny and it was a 1-A college. It just shows the difference between football in the north and south.

Whatever happened to Kelcey Williams at Humboldt. He was the best player I ever played against or saw in person, hands down. The last I heard he was playing JC football in Mississippi. Where is he now?

When an opposing team's player is laying inured on their sideline as the coaches and trainer make their way over and players stand around him taunting him because of the hit and the coach does nothing about it, that equated Miami Hurricane thuggery in my book every time. (sidenote-When do the PC people start complaining about the Hurricane nickname and call for Miami to change it because of the devistation hurricanes haev caused to the Florida area? I'd lay money down that says by the end of the year we hear of at least one person/group.) Doubt I catch the radio, I'll just check coacht.com for the scores later. Good luck to both sides, and I do hope your coach has control of this team, because the least time I saw them, whoever was the coach certainly did not. That being said, I say LHS by 2 TDs. It's hard to stop a team in high school with a legit QB and RB.

I'm approximately 150 miles away as we speak, and by kickoff will be closer to 250 on my way to Knoxville. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it. I was just hoping some people could give me a little insight to what Bolivar has. Last time I saw them, Lexington had just beaten them by 30 and Bolivar looked more interested in acting like thugs than actually playing football. I was just wondering if times had changed.

What does Bolivar have? I know nothing about them. What offense do they run and all.

Are they going to be good or not? I'm hearing conflicting reports. I don't see how they can't be good, but then again, I said that last year too. I know they are loaded at offensive skill positions, but what about everywhere else? And can Evans throw for 2,000? Any chance at winning the region and making a playoff run?
