He is the biggest hypocrite of them all.  His 3 best players are zoned for AE and has benefitted from transfers in Knox County for years.  It is interesting that for this current cycle his Fulton team avoided Clinton in the district and region when they were a state tournament team AND avoided Greeneville for a sectional.  Furthermore, this new classification his district has Carter, Cocke Co, Seymour, and Northview.  Funny how that happens for a head coach, that is allowed to be AD, AND be on the T$$AA board of control...

I don't even try to hide the look on my face anymore when I hear about how great of a person/coach/whatever Jody Wright is.

Houston clobbered them. Saw Houston in person when they lost to Briarcrest Christian. BCS second QB played a Nd didn’t he was starting till 2 days before the game . 6A is very wide open.

I just saw Varlas updating the score and he seemed pretty shocked by it.

But yeah, 6A is as open as it's been in some time.

  3. My 2 cents -

We were all hoping QB1 would get better and better as the season progressed. He hasn't.

I think lack of faith in him is affecting the rest of the team. That's a guess, but an educated one.

I'm not sure what the solution is on those.

I hate a 3 man rush in general, but would love to hear the reasons for running it this year. I can usually at least make sense of it even if I don't agree, but I cannot this year.

The streak was going to eventually end. We all knew it would. That it went on as long as it did is amazing.

Hold out for these 8th and 7th graders to become contributors. If they all stick it out it'll be fun.

They are still in control of their own playoff destiny. I wouldn't be making different Thanksgiving morning plans quite yet.

He was not born in Maryville, but was a  student of the Maryville school system from 1st until he graduated. So you have to be a life long dyed in the wool from day 1 to be considered a Maryville kid?

BTW ….. there are a couple of posters in this thread that haven’t a clue what they are talking about. Sometimes the information you get from the Hardee’s morning crew should be fact checked

I guess I'll take off my M shirt today then.
