thats a very good point bored guy guess we need a little patience

they still need alot of work, lots of mental letdowns, they did overcome several tough penalties. had 2 tds called back the one right before halftime was a blown call. oh well they prevailed. i only wish dc would throw more they have some young guys out there that can catch and run. but the guy calling the plays wants to give the ball to the flowers kid. he is good too but it doesnt need to be a one man show. flowers ran the ball well, needs to hold on to it a little better. let us know what everyone else thinks.

dyersburg won the first game played tonight at calloway county high school, they ran all over murray high school 35-7. in the night cap which started at 1000 pm and was finished sometime around 1230 am dyer county won 21-7 over calloway county. d.c had 2 tds called back in this game. overall both teams from tennessee played pretty good.

i do not know the times but dresden is playing ripley first, then bruceton and dyer county square off and the last game will be west carroll against adamsville. should be some good action at choctaw stadium friday night under the lights. thank goodness its finally football time!!!!

5-2 dresden

this is what i have been told. dresden vs ripley west carroll vs adamsville bruceton vs dyer county this should be a very good jamboree. dyer county travels to dresden tuesday afternoon to scrimmage.

any idea who all will be there. i think dyer county is playing bruceton, is this correct

with 6 of the 7 teams making the playoffs this season i would have to say that this region will be very competitive the next few years. obion and dyer county will be a whole lot better next year, covington well nuff said, and ripley that alone would be a good region, then they add crocket, haywood and dyersburg man now thats a great region. travel wise its great also. good luck to all its gonna be fun. go choctaws

will be a lot better, you underclassman now its your time to step up and show us what you can do. to the seniors your gonna be missed. hoping we can get another offensive gameplan, we have alot of talent coming back but if they are not coached then we may have another long season. i feel the coaches need to step up as well. one thing for sure a.flowers is a great football player but there are other players on the field as well. he is used entirely too much. looking forward to next year go choctaws.

your the same one that said gibson co. did not have a chance either, they won. on the newspaper they only think there is only one team in dyer co. and that being dyersburg. on that note i do not read the paper.

good luck rebels if they can stop tim starks then they have a chance he ran wild against us. having played both the rebels and the cards i feel you both are pretty evenly matched. hopefully they will play like the cards did in the series awful. once again good luck rebels from a choctaw fan
