Man, you ain't kiddin..........Things have to change from last game or it's gonna be a long season for us. Hopefully, we'll get to see a new team come out and play this Friday. We'll get there. I'll be running late to the game Friday, (I gotta work to 7pm) so I probably won't be able to park next to ya'll anyway. Good thing too.....that plan brought us nothing but bad luck.

17 to 14 Maryville winning. I'd love to watch a game like that. 2 of the biggest powerhouses in the state goin' at it.

I'm not over-looking Boo at all for he is a hometown favorite and a good high school football player, but Dustin Lindsey is by far my favorite. I've seen both guys play and I would like for Dustin to win it. Just my opinion.

Alright........here we go........ Now that the regular season is behind us it is now time to kick in second gear and keep this great season alive. I've been to every game that I could make this year and I know what we have and what we don't. IMHO we have everything to bring that ball the the Rebel hall......Yeah we had some things happen in past games that were messed up, but guess what........you learn from mistakes and correct them. I don't care who we play and what their record is..........I know that ya'll can beat em and get to that state championship game. Ya'll have spent way too much time on the practice field and it's time for all that hard work to prevail.....I'll be there with you all the way guys...........Good luck BIG RED.............

This post comes from Boss via Bohica. Just to clear up the situation, McKenzie is proud of Drew's stats, but that wasn't the intention in the Union City game. Union City ran a 5-3 defense against 5 wide outs and NEVER adjusted all night. The game plan was to only run the no-huddle shotgun O for a few series... but UC never adjusted so McKenzie just came with it and the receivers made great catches. Our defense just couldn't hold the UC offensive attack and UC pulled away in the 4th quarter. But, like you state, establishing the run game keeps the defense honest.
