  1. Concerned1982 i got one question do you just not get it. NCS is a much much better team then they were the last three years. Jonathan Hines, Luke Jerkins, and Jason Vanatta are the best I have seen them ever. Didn't you watch the NCS vs. Harpeth game? And another thing the coaching is much better. The new coaches over at NCS have brought a new life to them. It's sort of obvious.
  2. Travis Sikes cause any QB would love a guy that they just throw it and he jumps over everyone to make the catch. Good Luck at Georgia, Sikes.
  3. from what i have heard i think that vanatta will have 200 and jerkins will have 100+ it'll be fun to watch
  4. fridaynitelights that last thing was one of the truest things i have heard. NCS plays ironman football only 15 people play reguarly. it seemed like DCA had a new crew for each thing plus or minus 2 people. NCS needed more numbers and they don't have any depth.
  5. 4A hillsboro maryville hillwood and pearl-cohn are some of the best teams i have seen
  6. CPA is one of the bests i'll give them that but like i said i seriously doubt they will give landers the ball a lot. what worked for them last year was throwin it to sykes and thats all that should happen this year, and i think the NCS players and coaches realize that and Wooden didn't look any better or worse he looked like the same Chris Wooden. it seemed that NCS aimed for his knee to much thats how they couldn't tackle him you can't ankle tackle a guy like Wooden or guys like anyone on that CPA team. FRA vs NCS is lookin to be a good game considering FRA will most likely try to run it since they were at the DCA game they saw what happened. my new prediction is NCS 14 FRA 7
  7. i don't think CPA will try to run the ball to much i think they will throw it to sykes and let him do his thing. and NCS had no trouble with the passing attck or running attack their D had one problem and it was Wooden. No one else was a real threat. Wooden single handedly took out NCS linebackers and left CB and safetys to chase him down but this isn't about Wooden or CPA this is about NCS vs FRA. Try predicting and giving thoughts about that game.
  8. Yeah well Hillwood wasn't half of what they are now last year and they did win didn't they plus they have filled those lost spots with good players
  9. Yeah all of those calls are questionable but Nashville Christian had the team it took to beat DCA. If they would have tackled Wooden DCA wouldn't have scored half of there touchdowns. NCS was very frusterated because they knew they could do better and i think they will channel that toward FRA.
  10. Hillsboro had a bad start against pearl-cohn but that win last week seemed to have given them alot of confidence i predict they will win. Hillsboro 35 Franklin Co. 14
  11. Fairview doesn't stand a chance. Hillwood will destroy them my guess is by blitzing those powerful D-lineman i think daniel tiesler will come out with at least 3 sacks and no telling how many tackles. Hillwood will win this in a blowout.
  12. back when i played in middle school a girl played and she took hits and acted like it was nothin i say if they can take the hits fine then let them play. Most of you guys that say they don't belong are probably just scared they will show you up.
  13. i know nobody will agree with me but this senior knows how to play as a team player. Luke Jerkins is the Quarrterback at Nashville Christian. Luke's name my not get put in the paper that often but he knows when he has to keep the ball, hand it off, or run it. He does what the defense gives him and doesn't care about his stats. I picked Luke because he is a team player.

    NCS vs FRA

After a loss to DCA last friday NCS is mad. When they get mad they get pumped up and the home field advantage should be a big help. Luke Jerkins and Jason Vanatta had a great game last week but some missed tackles and bad calls didn't help the team. NCS will come into the FRA game ready to play. NCS 35 FRA 7
  15. Jason Vanatta from Nashville Christian. He has almost 300 yards rushing on about 25 carries and 4 TD's. Jason Vanatta and Luke Jerkins are a great pair for the type of offense NCS runs. Those two will do anything they can to get a first down or a touchdown.
