thats a good one no it's part if my job, to keep track with raider football, basketball, softball, baseball, ect. along with all other area sports, think real hard.

ya we lost you know who, but we are bringing back seven starters on offense and 6 on defense and have several good young runningbacks moving up next year, but we will see, price says he expects more of the team comming back next year and expects a btter season next year.

thats a good one, i told you i was trying to get soemthing started it's no fun not to argue about something on here, Jake is a class act his very humble and i a hard worker and great player, does that make him number one in the state, no but it does put him up at the top, you have to admit wingman that over 2000 yards 2 seasons in row is a great accoplishment no matter who you play. good luck to Riverdale this week, Coffee County will be back and better than ever next year!

i believe he is in the top 10, but i'm not honestly going to say who is number one because i have not seen everyone play, Coker is prob. the best seeing as how he signed with UT, but who knows, wasn't he hurt most of the season? Jake in my opinion is a great back, but so are Miller, Paxton, and a few others.

he's a jr. that changes things a little because i never looked it up and i was told he was a sr. he does have potential to be "great" but i feel he needs to bulk up

i don't think that DB was over rated, but i do think RD is better, i think friday you saw an example of two good teams that left it all out on the field and Oak Ridge just happened to come out on top, i still say Oak Ridge will need a reality check and a perfect game through the air to beat the Warriors i say 35-14 RD.

look man i'm am not trying to down other runningbacks like i have said before jake will never play another game of highschool football so why would i care what people like you think of him i am just stating my opinion when asked, he will however be playing college football next year will miller? i haven't seen his name on any major prospect list but i have seen jakes. thumb

jake only played the first half in the sweetwater and the warren county games and only had two or three carries in the second half of the seigle and grundy county games, and Miller played all but the last drive for Riverdale last night, look i have the upmost respect for the riverdale program (except for breeden, and that's another story for another day) i just don't think MIller is that great, but that is just my opinion i don't see why everyone from region four has to argue with me about it.

i have no dissrespect for wilson central and the only team in region 4 i don't like or respect is lebanon and it has nothing to do with the game. godd luck to Wilson Central next year i understand we don't play you all next year, so until next time you've got the upper hand

yes i know, we played horrid in both of those games, first year to cockey second year just blew it but you know what that is in the past, both teams have to start getting ready for next season and i would start by loading up on the bus and going to watch Riverdale smack Oak Ridge around like Lebanon did us, because Oak Ridge will come into the boro arrogent and prime for a spanking just like CC did against Lebanon. but, take the teams to let them see what the atmosphere is like since niether has even been this far. and then both teams need to completely re-vamp their defense to compete next year because both were lacking.

i didn't say anything about Coffee County's defense they were sub-par at best i was talking about Miller not being "the best back in the state," as it was said on the other thread. the only weakness i can see in riverdale is their pass coverage, and it's not much of one so Oak Ridge would have to be on the money all night and not throw any interceptions to win this game, and that is not going to happen.

i was not saying coffee had a better offense or as goos of offense as riverdale just stating a fact so that maybe people would get off my back about not being that impressed with Miller thumb

to beat Riverdale you will have to be able to pass and pass well, the running game will not cut it and thats why i say Riverdale 35, Oak Ridge 14

first of all i am not obsessed with anyone but myself you are the one obsessed with putting down 5A's leading rusher for the past two years in a row. i was not wildly impressed with miller last night and here is why - 20 something carries 175 yards 1 touchdown, thats great but he has best o-line in 5A - "my man," against cookeville 32 carries 170 something yards 1 touchdown, riverdales line 10 times better, so you tell me? and just another tid-bit of info U OF R as you all call them 28 points against cavs. coffee county 28 points against cavs. i know it doesn't mean anything but i thought that was interesting Riverdale is a great team with a lot of great atheletes, but Miller is not the best back in the state and i was not wildy impressed with him sorry.

agreed i don't see anyone in the state beating rd after watching them tonight

what are some stats from the Ridge game? i hope they win but after seeing riverdale tonight i still say riverdale 35 oak ridge 14

i was not trying to convince oakland about anything i was voicing my opinion just like you did all year on CC threads sorry but it's my opinion and i gave RD their props they are great and thats in my opinion what makes Miller as good as he is
