I dunno how a team can go 0-6 against the top three teams in the district and all of a sudden be considered scary at tourney time. Anything's possible though, and SC is a good enough team to make some noise. I wouldn't wanna be face any team with Brandi Brown on it anywhere, or in any tournament...

I'm glad LA had those three extra players in Carthage earlier in the season as well, it probably would've been closer than 14 had they not been playing that night. They also must've made an appearance in Smith County's 4 other games against the other two best teams in 7AA. Weird.

While DC usually plays LA tough, as shown by the 3 point margin of victory for LA the first time they met, I'm having a hard time seeing how DeKalb County has improved more than LA since their first meeting. DC is 3-8 since then while LA has went 9-3.
