That is just a great idea so that CBHS can have the ball that many more times which gives them more opportunities to score or have you forgot that they have one of the best backs in the memphis area. I will not disagree that MUS' defense is stellar this year again but you don't ever want to keep your defense on the field all night long. I can't wait to hear your return post. Obviously you have not watched any of Steve Spurier's games because any college football coach will tell you that you much have a balanced offense to be sucessful. You do not have any idea about what football is about; offensive lineman have to be some of the smartest people on the field if they are to be any good. In the years past we have tried to schedule games with schools that you speak of but they would not play us. South Panola has been invited to attend the Kick Off Classic in memphis also but they also declined that invitation. It is kind of hard to play a team if they wont schedule you. I am not sure of their reasons for not wanting to schedule us since they are quality programs and it would make for some interesting games.

It is funny how you pick MBA from the super 7 and yet MUS dominated the super 7 last year and has so far this year.

I love how you play both sides of the fence so you can never be completely wrong. Step up and be a man an choose one instead of making predictions that cover you either way. I do not believe CBHS has the necessary playmakers or leaders to win this game. This is a rivalry game it will be relatively close as they usually are with such a big intown rivalry such as this. I also believe last year's team was better but in addition to that I believe MBA and BA are much worse than they were last year as well. I think McCallie will be MUS' next big stepping stone in the playoffs because how it is looking atm the moment MUS will obtain a by and then more than likely I see BA playing McCallie in the quarter finals and McCallie winning and then having to play MUS in the semi finals.

This is a huge rivalry game; I would look for it to be closer than a 25 point margin.

Peardon is doing fine he hasnt made the travel team yet. Payne made the travel team but about 2 weeks ago did something to his wrist. He had a MRI this previous thursday and finds out the results on monday. They think he tore a ligament or tendon or a combination of both.

Yeah practice for most teams starts around 2 pm good job. With morning film sessions that usually start at 5:45am. Obviously you need to get your facts straight. A lot of people misjudge people who are simply confident as arrogant. I will not deny that both of the MBA games could have gone either way last year and you can never count any team out especially in high school football in the Super 7. MUS is not the greatest football team in the world or anything but they have proven themselves last year and this year (so far). MUS will not overlook BA but still think MUS wins by 14. Considering Baylor ran the ball so well against MUS last year? Turnover are what lost the game for MUS against baylor last year. MUS had what 400 yards? to baylor's 170? I completely agree with you Tommy. MUS offense last year was extremely high powered when it ran on all cylinders. MUS' current QB is still only a junoir and this year he is doing well but look for him to do even better with a year of varsity play under his belt. His older brother who was the QB my senoir year as I was the Center was a natural born leader and took charge of the offense. Michael lacked that take charge yet cool attitude but it comes as you play more. Michael is a great player and look for big things to come from him in the next year. As for the coaches, they completely revamped last year and worked very hard and continue to do so on a game plan for each and every week. They break down the opponent and keep a few tricks in the bag just in case. It is no different from last year; it all depends on how you execute and the big thing on offense for the owls this year is they do not have any break away speed.

Yeah but I know where you live and I am a psycho. Anyways I am going to have to go with MUS by 10 in this one. If the defense can keep Ford bottled up I believe it will turn into a very long night for BA.
