That streaker was hilarious. If only the WS offense had been inspired by that.... Houston is dead meat to G-Town btw. Unless they can clone Zach Miller, it's going to be a Red Devil bar-b-que of Mustangs.

White Station vs. Collierville. The entire town of Collierville seemed to come out to support their team while all the White Station people got lost trying to navigate suburbia. Though Collierville held a 21-7 lead at halftime, WS came back time and time again with touchdowns when needed to continue to hang in there. Finally, with 2 minutes to play, WS gets the ball back and gets a TD before time expires and so gets to 47-48 pending the PAT. They make the decision to go for it and run a running play that sweeps out to the right but gets stopped literally inches from the conversion.

Germantown had problems earlier, but when I saw them a few weeks ago they were monsters. Three running backs gaining at least 3 yards on every play so they could go for it on 4th downs and a defense that was excellent at pressuring the quarterback. Collierville too is pretty good, but it's gotten lucky twice on 2pt conversion stops and they won't get past G-town. Houston has been inconsistent and overly reliant on a few players, so I doubt they'll get too far.

Collierville edged White Station when both offenses were clicking perfectly. Germantown trounced WS when the WS offense sputtered. I think Collierville's defensive line works best against the run (see how they absolutely shut down Houston) but is weak to passing. Then again the Germantown defense excels at stopping the pass. It'll come down to which team does the best at its strengths and all the intangibles. With both teams now riding high, I'll go with the home team by a single TD.
